They lied when I asked before the cancellation date if they parking nearby for our motorcycles. No one was there when we arrived and had to wait 45 minutes for the manager to arrive. He had been shopping. I had booked a room with twin beds and he said they had none left as though we were to just accept their mistake. They didnt give a damm. It was a disaster.

Excellent central location, loved the rooftop space and the jacuzzi pool to cool off in. Lots of spaces to relax in
The room was very spacious for a family of 4 including 2 teens.
Very clean, plenty of towels.
No separate door for the bathroom. Shower area was bit dark. But overall room was beautiful

Stayed there with a large group of friends (4 families, 7 kids aged 11 to 18) in an outstandingly hot (for Moroccan standards) August.
Rooms were very comfortable and clean, with effective air conditioning.
The Riad overall was quite cooler than the surrounding Medina, and the two pools (one Jacuzzi and one cool-water one) provided great relief at the end of a visiting day.
Day service was first class.
Sufyen, the Riad manager, was very attentive and supportive and procured all kind of tourist services (Italian speaking tourist guide, minibus trasferts and excursions, full-blown hammam).

The room was gorgeous and very romantically detailed. I forgot to ask where they got the shower gel. shampoo and body milk from b/c all of the smells and moisturizing qualities were amazing. It was close to parking around the corner which also led to the medina. About a 5 minute walk. It is located in a narrow alley way. so you may need to call host the first time to find it. Breakfast was delish. Very clean, Fresh smells and beautiful ambiance. Very friendly staff and Host.
The whirlpool did not heat up, but still relaxing. I may have not knew how to work it though.

From the moment we arrived at the riad, the team led by Soufian wrapped us in attention, including a welcome tea, the suite we received on the 2nd floor (no elevator) was spacious and well-designed, the cleanliness stood out, we had a jacuzzi outside the room and a rooftop equipped for sunbathing and relaxing, overlooking other rooftops as is customary in Marrakesh. The breakfast was perfect, including fresh orange juice and a variety of breads and pastries. They allowed us to keep our luggage there after check-out until the flight time .. We will be happy to return to the Turquoise when we have the chance to go to Marrakesh again.

Location is excellent. lots of local attractions, amenities (grocery, mosque, shops, money exchange, restaurants, hammam etc). very convenient to walk to Jema el Fnaa square. Staff are friendly and keeps the place clean. if you really need a relaxed meal and light shopping, away from the hustle and bustle, please head to nearby Medina mall. I would highly recommend this mall for a family with kids.
If you are expecting 4-star level experience you will be disappointed. Inconsistent shower pressure and temperature, overall usability of the pools, missing umbrella for sun shade in patio, very subpar breakfast (same everyday), TV not working, very slow wi-fi in top floor are just a few of the items I would like to mention. The staff, however, is really friendly and housekeeping does excellent job of keeping rooms clean.

great locations and away from the madness of the medina but a close walk to be in all the action.
communications was bad , i tried to communicate with them on numerous platforms about checking in earlier and trying to change my stay but did not hear a word from them, they were not really helpful once I was staying. breakfast was the same everymrning just bread so if you are gluten free you will suffer. I think it is a little over priced for what it is

Great Riad, excellent location by the palaces and in the Medina, fantastic staff. The hotel common areas were well kept and nice to be in, especially the rooftop and spa pool. Family room was very spacious for the hotel location.
Beds too hard for our liking, but thats an individual choice. Breakfast was limited in choice, which didnt work for fussy eaters (our party had one).
