Very comfortable and spacious room, very quiet, nicely decorated and with effective AC which helped in the 40C heat! Good bed with quality linens. Location was great; we walked to everything. Easy access from car dropoff. Manager Hassan and team were very responsive, welcoming and helpful.

Perfect location for exploring Marrakesh, also easy access to pick up areas for out of city excursions. Many food options, from corner store to upscale dining within 5 minutes walk. What made this place special though was all the staff members!

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home and the riad itself was very charming.

Our room was very spacious & clean. Hussain and the staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely with a traditional breakfast. Location ideal with a safe neighbourhood.

My stay at Riad Tizwa was nothing short of magical, a true haven of comfort and care. From the moment I arrived, the genuine warmth of the reception and the easygoing nature of the manager and staff made me feel right at home. The room itself was simply beautiful, a serene retreat. Each morning began with a hearty and delicious breakfast—the homemade yogurt was absolutely divine, out of this world! And at night, I drifted into the most comfortable, peaceful sleep. The riad's location is perfectly convenient: wonderfully quiet, yet just steps away from the main road. It was an effortless walk to the bustling medina, charming restaurants, the lovely Bacha coffee, and a rejuvenating spa/massage place. What truly set my experience apart was the exceptional thoughtfulness. I had booked independent day trips and was nervous about coordinating pickups due to the language barrier. When I mentioned this, Hassan, the manager, proactively and kindly called the tour companies the day before to confirm all the details, completely putting my mind at ease. One particularly rainy day, when a tour company changed the pickup spot and I felt lost and confused, a female staff member went above and beyond. She spoke to the driver on the phone, grabbed an umbrella, and personally walked me to the correct spot, just like a caring sister. How incredibly awesome is that? This level of personal touch and genuine kindness made my visit unforgettable. We can adjust the tone further to be more formal or informal. Our stay at Riad Tizwa in Marrakesh was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the warm hospitality that makes this place truly special. Hassan, the manager, was exceptional. His communication before and during our stay was impeccable - always responding promptly and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He arranged airport transfers, recommended authentic local restaurants, and even offered to organise our day trip to the Atlas Mountains and various other must do tours of Morocco. His genuine warmth and extensive knowledge of Marrakesh made us feel like welcome guests rather than tourists. The two Mohamads on staff were equally wonderful. One greeted us each morning with his infectious smile and served breakfast with pride and attention to detail. The other Mohamad was incredibly helpful with directions and advice about navigating the medina and greeted us each evening to make sure we had everything we needed before going to bed. The ever smiling and kind cleaning staff deserves special praise for maintaining immaculate rooms. We returned each day to perfectly made beds and spotless bathrooms. Breakfast was a daily highlight - served in the beautiful courtyard or on the rooftop terrace. The fresh bread, homemade jams, Moroccan pancakes, and mint tea provided the perfect start to each adventure-filled day. The riad itself is a peaceful haven in the bustling medina - traditional architecture blended with modern comforts, gorgeous tilework, and a serene atmosphere. The rooftop offers wonderful views of the city. Thanks to Hassan and his incredible team, our stay at Riad Tizwa wasn't just accommodation - it was a meaningful glimpse into Moroccan hospitality and an essential part of our Marrakesh experience.
