Our experience was top-notch! The riad is truly amazing, with incredibly friendly and hospitable staff. You're just a stone's throw away from the medina, making it super convenient. We absolutely enjoyed our staythe accommodation was clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
We even met the sweetest turtle who roams around the place, adding a unique charm and making us feel right at home. The pool was also perfect for a dip. Lounging there felt like a five-star experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space and the experience of a real Riad.
All the staff is amazing and prepared us something to eat on the day of arrival (after midnight).
The breakfast is really good with homemade bread, natural juice, cakes and pancakes. Cannot praise enough the staff! They receive you with a smile, every time.
WiFi reception at the room could be better.

We were a group of 4 friends and booked 2 rooms at Tibibt. The Riad kindly booked us a pick-up from the train station as we were coming from Fez. When we arrived, they took us to one of their new property Riad 212 and told us we will be staying there and we were the only guests which was a very nice surprise Riad 212 was new, very clean and beautifully decorated with a small jacuzzi (not hot) and a stunning rooftop terrace. Going through the medina to get in and out of the riad can be busy and hectic but this was expected and something we got used to very quickly. The staff was easily accessible through WhatsApp and they were prompt at responding with our queries/ requests like booking a taxi and helping us arrange a mini birthday surprise for one of our friends. We felt very well looked after and comfortable during our 5 night stay at the riad. We just want to thank the lady who came every morning to make us breakfast, and the rest of the staff Nourdine, Said and the manager who went exceptionally above and beyond providing such a superb service.

Loved this Riad. All the staff were friendly and always happy to help, we were greeted with mint tea and some sweets too!
The door to our room was really difficult to open and close, but it wasn't the staffs fault and they were always happy to help!

Very clean, the rooms are bigger than expected. The people are keen to welcome you and always smiling!
Loved the msemen and the food is good.
The riad is in the center, that means you have to go through small alleys to get there, the lightening of which is good so it should be no problem.

This riad is amazing, staff is extremely kind and available for any request. Also, rooms are large and cozy and rooftop is beautiful and so do the swimming pool. Last but not the least, breakfast is tasty and rich.

Absolutely everything.
From the moment we got there, the whole experience was amazing. The riad was like an oasis within the chaos. The rooms were very authentic and immaculately clean. The staff couldn't do enough for us, super friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb, too, a great start to the day. We would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was fine, and at night it was very very quite. The position was fine too, a few minutes from the Medresa, but clearly very far from other interesting areas, such as the Jemaa el Fna which is on the other side of the city. The staff is great, really very nice and always happy to help us with our requests, being organising a transfer or renting a car or whatever we needed. The pool is small, but was warm and very relaxing!

Great breakfast, amazing gluten free offers, beautiful lovely decorations, comfy rooms, warm pool, delicious generous tagine. Attentive service. It has a lovely central courtyard with trees and foliage. Professional service.
Service very good but not as warm hearted in other places we stayed. It had more of a upper class hotel feel about it if that is more impersonal. That might be a plus for certain travelers as it depends what you are looking for. Accommodation significantly more expensive than other Riad's we stayed in as well as transfers to the airport. Trickier access from the main areas in the souk to the Riad.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Tibibt! The location was great, very central but down a few residential alleys so it was nice and quiet. Oussama and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful (and they spoke Arabic, French and English). Breakfast was tasty, and large enough to set you up for the day. Pool and common areas were all well maintained and clean. Our room was also cleaned daily, and it was really thoroughly cleaned. Even my messy clothes were folded daily and the bed was made. Really top class service.
There's not much I can really complain about for the stay. The Riad is located in the Medina so it's not directly accessible by taxi (this is the case for most properties in the Medina), we had a short walk to get there from our taxi drop...however one of the staff of the Riad came to meet us and offered to carry our bags so it was no difficulty at all! The only minor gripe I had with the place was that the rooms aren't soundproofed. As our room was located above the pool, once people were up and moving about the Riad we could hear it. (Maybe that's my problem for being too lazy to get up early)

Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. They ordered taxis and walked us to the taxis as it was a little walk from the Toad to the road. Riad was spotlessly clean and breakfast was good.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. The dip pool is a nice touch, as are the pet tortoises :)
We were here for the earthquake. The building suffered no damage & staff were quite helpful.
A little bit out of the way in the Medina would be my only comment & thats quite subjective.

The whole place was extraordinary experience. Staff were so nice and helpful. Oussama. Nouredine & Said made our stay unforgettable.
The upgraded our room for free. The location is very convenient 10 mins walk from the central souk. The design of the rooms very artistic.
Least but not last food was great tagine and couscous so yummy. I definitely recommend this riad in marrakesh.
That I only spent 2 nights I wish I could have stayed more.

The swimming pool was ok to cool down in its very small
The property is not suitable for families theres nothing to do not even tv no kids in play which they list and no entertainment at all they overcharged us the beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are massive the showers are cold and not very powerful breakfast was the same everyday my room had a bath tub next to the bed that looked dodgy to use as it moved and the showers had no screens
