Location
In the shower, the cold water didn't work at all, so I didn't bother for 1 night at that hour to text or call to inform that is coming just mega hot water. Tarik was a good person,and he was welcoming and did the best to give me a room ok. Thank you. (Maybe you need to check the robinet) Have a good season!

Everything was amazing. Very friendly host and greeted us with kindness and made sure we are comfortable. Location is very good and everything is well managed . Breakfast was very nice.

Location was great, in the medina, very close to the hustle and bustle off in a quiet side street. Very basic accommodation with breakfast nothing to shout home about.
I was in the inner room on the ground floor, very little sound proofing as the windows faces in the house and not much ventilation as a result. No soap or shampoo. Host wasn’t really helpful in suggestions etc

Everything was just great - a very friendly host, a wonderful location, an atmospheric riad and a nice room. Tarik can help you with everything (even if you encounter some problems outside his riad) and offers amazing sightseeing trips. Highly recommended! :)

Owner and staff were very hospitable the Riad was clean and of typical Moroccan decor. Location was perfect in close proximity to the centre yet amazingly quiet.

If you are looking for lap of luxury, this is not the Riad for you. If, however, you are looking for a Riad where you receive a welcome like a long-lost member of the family and are fussed over with tips and advice so you get the best out of your stay, this is the place for you. If you want to enjoy a quiet breakfast on the rooftop, and then step out in to an alley that is like an artery to the beating heart of Djemaa el Fna and feel like you are living (however temporarily) in Marrakech, this is definitely the place for you. You'll be surrounded by locals, by local shops and street food that will keep your tummy happy. Tarik and his team are lovely, and nothing is too much trouble for them (Tarik's Spanish is excellent!). The rooms are cosy, and the location is incredible - you are steps away from the beautiful chaos of Djemaa el Fna, but far enough that your stay is peaceful. Please note that you might be awoken by the Muezzin early in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper, maybe stay further from a mosque.
I was unprepared for the number of winding steps, but that is my bad for not knowing more about Moroccan architecture! The steps are quite steep, so if you have limited mobility, this may not be the Riad for you.

Great location close to everything. Stayed there for 3 nights. Very clean, basic but nice breakfast with lovely fresh juice every morning.
