the property is very beautiful and clean, quiet with welcoming staff and plenty of privacy.
the aircon in the room wasnt particularly effective - it did work, but wasnt great.

Very Good
Location in the Medina, easy walking to Souks, restaurants. Friendly staff and people generally. We were very well looked after. Thank you.
I didn't realise the accommodation was cash only. I thought the credit card info given at booking meant that my card would pay the accomodation. I was carrying enough Uk cash to pay but it had to be local currency or Euros. Not difficult to sort but worth knowing in advance. The air conditioning wasn't working on our arrival, but the staff were very responsive and it was sorted with a couple of days. Souks and the narrow lanes can get very petrol fumey at times.

Historical beauty of the property. The warmth of the staff Malika and Mustafa.
Property was advertised as having parking. It was 11min walk away through the Medina laneways. If it was not for Mustsfa it would have been very difficult to transfer luggage from the property back to my vehicle.

Wonderful
The breakfasts were lovely, the space was beautiful and the staff were very caring.
It's very difficult to find as Google maps doesn't know how to get there and there's no sign on the door but if you ring them they will help you!

Very Good
The stars of this Riad are the staff, Malica and Mustapha (apologies if I have spelt their names wrong). Malica cooked two lovely dinners for us and Mustapha was there to help and provide an excellent breakfast each morning. The location is very central for the old city in a quiet residential area but close to the souks and local restaurants and cafes.
The bathroom is very dark and the shower needs an upgrade.

The riad is beautiful and clean. Not easy to find but still it's nice to walk in those narrow alleys in order to arrive to the riad The hosts, Malika and Mustafa, even if they don't speak English, are welcoming and very nice people.

Very Good
The place was clean, the room was big with a big bathroom but not door which was a bit frustrating. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice and flexible with the check out. the terrace is big but the weather was not kind with us.
The place is a bit hidden, they dont provide keys to enter the property but they keep awake till you come back and not door for the toilet. Bring your own look for the rooms door.

It was amazing stay! Breakfast was delicious and beautiful. The riad has a lot of design details and interesting plants. The service was the best during our trip in Marroco.
The only thing: inside the room is quite cold, cause it is made of stone, if you go in winter. But there were blankets.

We arrived with great difficulty. This riyad is not sign posted and is located through dark blind alleys and is along side large rubbish bins. After an evening out walking back to the riyad felt unsafe. Asking directions was pot luck and cost money... When we arrived no welcome glass of water even. The riyad is very small clean and cosy. Internet service is poor. Breakfast was ok. For two people we were expected to share a two egg omlette And when asked for more or even coffee the male worker mustapha simply didnt return. The famale worker Maleek did try to accomdate. But we cancelled and rebooked elsewhere.

Very Good
Great location, bang in the middle of where it all happens. Great breakfast every day and very accommodating staff, both lovely people that go the extra mile for you.
In January it can be very cold and we only had one small heater in our room.
