The Riad is beautiful and authentic: we felt the real marrocain atmosphere. The breakfast was well served and the quality was good. We arrived late in the morning and we were welcomed in an excellent way with a typical mint tea. The staff is nice, polite and always available. Amine is the perfect host, helping us in every situation: he gave us advices and suggestions for visiting Marrakech.

With the value of the rooms there should be room service available everyday. We got at request, and on some days when we didn't ask for it we got.
Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Ameenas food was very tasty.
One bedsheets had a small hole in it but during sleeping the hole got bigger and when room service was asked for the beddings weren't changed.
Although it is a riad and has the old look to it too some of the condition of the furniture weren't great. The metal bedside cabinets were damaged and I got a scratch from it and couple of outfit got caught on it and damaged it.
Also ants around although we don't mind and the hotel seems it's being cleaned it's always there and flies.

Very clean. Very comfortable rooms
Sometimes can hear inner courtyard chats, but hey that's the concept of a riad, so it's kind of natural to hear a bit of interaction.

the property is very nice inside and super clean. there is a nice breakfast with sweets fruits tea water and Moroccan food. I want to pay attention to the staff for how kind reliable and helpful are. it is not safe to go around Medina 4 ladies alone. thanks to Ayoub who escorted us every single time and made us feel safe and at home. he was special and amazing

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Star The staff ,especially Ali,went absolutely over and above to meet and greet us and make sure we didnt get lost! They were so kind and helpful The Riad was beautiful inside and our room was wonderful ,such a lovely experience and Im so glad we chose to stay there I loved being in the medina and close to it all but it was still amazingly quiet inside the Riad as its perhaps just a little further out from the commotion making it lovely and peaceful We had a scrumptious breakfast on the last day as I was out very early exploring the first days They had everything you could have wanted,pancakes were especially delicious! Many thanks again for a most wonderful stay!

Stayed in a family room with 5 friends for 2 nights - was a perfect size and great location! Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Definitely check out the roof terrace if you stay here!
Staff were helpful with arranging taxis but they were very expensive so would recommend getting a metered taxi from a rank rather than booking through the hotel

the property is excellent, an absolute Oasis in the beautiful madness of Marrakech, the staff are incredible and are more than willing to help whenever possible, Ali is an absolute credit to you!

The staff was nice and helpful and the location was good to reach the spots we wanted to visit.
The pool cannot be classified as a pool; it took 30-40 min to get breakfast (maybe it was a bit slow coz it was Ramadan?); at checkout, one has to accept the local currency which is given to the staff by the management; I think the owners need look after that place more thoroughly;
