I'd like to commend the staff in the Riad as they were really helpful to us, most especially when my partner was sick and we didn't brought medication with us and also, we didn't know that the pharmacy in Morocco is not open over the weekend so we can't find anywhere that is open. They have a 24/7 open but it's quite far. Good thing Lassan from the reception was really helpful and he asked someone outside to make sure that he'll find one and bought us the medication that we need so kudos to the staff members! The breakfast included was also delicious and the serving was enough for us to be full. The room was also beautiful. Their bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in Morocco. Also, the location was pretty convenient if you'll be on tour as the pick up location is literally just in the corner of the Riad which is called "Bab Yaccout". When you go to the medina/souk as well, the location was like 15 to 30 mins only by walk, depends on your pacing and the location was also safe to walk to. On the last day of our trip, we tried their massage spa and the ladies was really experienced and I really enjoyed the massage.
I just have one concern which is their shower room for the customers who already checked out. It doesn't have a heater and a hook for the towel/robe so its quite difficult to move. We ended up not having a shower because the weather was too cold which makes the water cold as well.

Wonderful
We loved our stay at Riad Sindibad! The place is absolutely gorgeous, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location was right in between the centre of the medina and the Jardin Majorelle - pretty short walk to each!

The location was perfect.. it was not in the middle of the medina, but it was near the entrance of the medina.. we liked the breakfast, the warm welcome.. but what really stood out was the staff.. especially Lakhsan (i dont know how to write his name)
He is the real jewel of the Riad.. he took very good care of us from the day we checked in until the day we checked out.. Really helped us even with the smallest detail.. thank you brother for lending us a hand.. and also the lady who makes ghriba (a moroccan cookie) was also very friendly and warm..
Though we enjoyed our stay there thanks to our brother Lakhsan, the thing we didn't like was the pool.. The water was stagnant.. It doesnt change water.. i dont know if that's normal in Morocco, but we found it very dirty ? we brought swimming attire so we can spend one afternoon in the pool but sad to say, we didn't even touch the water because it was dirty..

Gorgeous place, good maintenance and unlimited instagrammable spots all within the property

The staff was unbelievably welcoming and we appreciated them so much; Imran, Ali, Hassan, Majid and our absolute favorite MARWAN! he was super charming, helpful and just a great presence!
They gave us the best tips to enjoy the city and welcomed us with the best Moroccan tea ever at our arrival.
Breakfast was SUPER! delicious.
Just a wonderful stay.
The only problem we had was our room’s bathroom didn’t have window or fan for the steam, and a drain on the floor for the shower’s splashes.

It was super clean, beautiful decor, the breakfast was lovely and it was not too far from the Medina.
The air conditioning wouldn’t get very cold, and even on the lowest setting, the room was still hot. The clip that held up the shower head was broken, which made it annoying to have to hold the shower head by hand when showering.

We wanted a bit of a treat at the end of our trip and this place did not disappoint.
Easy to find. Taxi dropped us by Bab Yacout, and the Riad is about 30 seconds down the road. Behind the door is a gem of a place. We were welcomed into the serene garden and welcomed with tea before being shown up to our exquisite rooms.
The decor throughout is simple, tasteful and luxurious. Beds are comfy, there's a safety box and aircon. The pool is a wonderful bonus, and the roof terrace is really pleasant with plenty of space to loaf about. Breakfast was impressive, with fruits, yoghurt as well as coffee, bread and jam.
It's a bit further out from the centre if you want to head to the Jemaa El Fna. The food menu looked amazing and we planned to eat at the Riad, so it was a pity the chef was on holiday. Next time!

The room sizes where good.
We booked 4 rooms and was asked to pay a deposit via bank transfer which alarmed me but I did anyway. We were then asked to pay full balance before we even checked in, which I refused. We were then told we had to pay in cash as a card payment would incur a 3% charge. All of which is not detailed in the booking ad or policies. Breakfast was not good at all. Cold coffee, dry and stale breads and cakes. Bad smell of dirty drains everywhere especially in the toilet areas and roof top where we ate breakfast. Some rooms where as photos but a few where shabby with broken chairs and not to standard expected. The rooftop seating area smelt of cats wee and was covered in hairs. Overall the property is in need of some TLC. Disappointed for the price we paid we could have got so much better else where. It very much felt like a back packers hostel rather than a spa Riad as advertised. I have stayed in several places in and around Marrakesh and this was the worst. I would not return.

Hasan was very friendly and helpful with directions when we were lost in the medina on our first night in Marrakech.
The rooftop was very sunny in the morning.
I’m not a cat person and there are some kittens in the rooftop. Very friendly and they were playing with each other.
