The room was so very big, for that amount of money other riads offer much smaller rooms. The staff was excellent! Always welcoming, ready to help with whatever you need. Breakfast was also very good. And the bathroom had everything we needed, different soaps, shampoo, cotton pads, even body lotion. The location is right next to busy streets but so quiet.
It was January so it was pretty cold in the room and the air conditioner + radiator didn't really help. Especially in shower.

Our experience at Riad Sorayda was simply incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home with first-class service. Ayoub, Isam, and Hussein were extremely attentive and hospitable, always ensuring that every detail was perfect.
The food was absolutely spectacular. Dishes such as the tajine and tagine, recommended by Ayoub and Hussein, were truly delicious. They also suggested the restaurant Salama, and the experience could not have been better—the best lamb I’ve had in a long time. Every meal was a feast of authentic, carefully prepared flavors.
The location is also perfect: the riad is just five minutes from the Bahia Palace and about a 10–12 minute walk to the souk, a very pleasant and safe stroll. We felt calm and secure at all times.
To complete a perfect stay, we enjoyed the hammam and massage—an exceptional experience that left us feeling completely renewed.
In summary, Riad Sorayda provided us with an experience that exceeded our expectations.

The location to restaurants and shops was so convenient. It was easy to find our way to and from everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was large enough & very comfortable for my husband & I & 2 adult daughters. Plus in the extreme heat of July, the air conditioning worked perfectly!

Friendly staff Greet us with a tea, explained to us what to visit, and gave us a room upgrade . Breakfast is good, fresh cooked, good variety. As we need leave at 7am, they prepared a carry-on bag of fruits the second day.
The location is not accessible by car, 6 minutes walk, flat.

The location was great! Breakfast was very good. The staff were nice as can be. Very old property. The bedrooms were really on gross side. We changed Riads after 3 nights into something fabulous night and day for a drop more money.
It's old. And the bedroom we has was not good at all very small and dingy.

Location & style of the Raid. The staff is very helpful & responsive.
The two stairs leading from the rear of two single beds to the front part of the Suite would be dangerous at night and may cause a fall if we proceed to the washroom at dark. l think some lighting on the stairs may improve the risk. l would like a curtain at the bathtub.

The staff was amazing, from check in to check out, including the masseuse. This place is so peaceful and beautiful, it was a dream! I would recommend the hammam and massage experience here as it’s private.
The bathroom doesn’t have a window so it can get a bit stuffy, however the windows in the room are safe to stay open so you can leave them open when you leave for the day.
