Great location, run by wonderful people who couldnt be more helpful.
Initially struggled with gluten free breakfast despite assurances this would be fine. Messages may have been lost due to new owners between booking and arrival.

Lovely quiet location off the main alleyways of the medina. Not the easiest to find the first time but then most of the Riads are like that. Very friendly and helpful staff with large, clean and comfortable rooms.
Only down side is we all got henna treatments on our hands and though we tried to avoid it, a few spots got on the towels in our bathroom. No warnings posted about how badly henna stains and when we went to check out we were told we had to purchase 3 out of the 4 towels in our rooms because of the stains. $15USD each so a couple of us actually squeezed the towels into our luggage. We have now washed them at home and the stains have come out completely, even without bleach so just something good to know about it if you book here.

Beautiful riad, felt like a little secret paradise in the middle of the medina. The inner patio with the pool was very sweet, and the decoration felt luxurious and romantic! Our room had a nice balcony with a view to the patio. Breakfast was very nice, and I also got a very relaxing massage. The staff was very nice, we were received with a mint tea, and we were given a map with an explanation of which streets to follow from the Riad to visit the places in the medina, as well as some advice and recommendations. They were really attentive and helpful. They had a cute Riad cat called Baghera! All was lovely! The location was very good, right next to Bahia Palace.

Perfect location. Beautifully decorated. Good breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff.
We stayed here twice and we really liked our first room on the second floor. It was lovely! The second time we got a room on the first floor which was not as nice. Darker, worse bed, a shower hose so short we could not wash the hair without sitting down in the bathtub and noisy from the common area outside.
The beds have just top sheets, no duvets. There are some kind of blankets in the cabinets but they didnt look so nice so I used two towels.

Decor and room
Car does not go to the riad and one has to walk with luggage for about 600 metres, which is very difficult if your luggage is heavy.
Breakfast is served really late.

Very pretty small hotel. My partner and I stayed just one night, but the reception was very good. Hotel accommodated our request for an earlier breakfast, as we needed to go to the airport and also booked a transfer for us. It is not a luxury hotel, but definitely has everything you need.
we had 3 bottles of some products in the bathroom, but it wasn't mentioned which one is shower gel and which is the shampoo. Maybe you can mark them somehow, but it is a very minor concern.

Lovely riad, nice roof terrace. Friendly staff. Lovely black cat with diamond collar. Good breakfast served on the terrace included in the price. Love the freshly squeezed orange juice and natural yoghurt.
Our room was a little small and hot, had to keep aircon on all night. Hot tub was broken and a bit knackered. Couldnt really swim in downstairs pool as in dining area!

Fabulous rooms with outstanding Moorish setting. The staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful. Having a spa was a treat. I had a massage every day and the provided the Hamman experience.
