I like everything about this place. Friendly staffs, commodious rooms, excellent service and atmosphere impressed me a lot.
Sometimes the WiFi signal is a bit too weak but this does not matter at all when you have a lot to do in the city.

Francois and all hotel staffs are very kind like a family. We asked them for requests and they tried to manage.
Different breakfast was served during our stay for 3 times. Our room kept clean every day. I really recommend this hotel.

Jean Francois was most welcoming! In advance of the trip he answered many questions, and during the stay he was always on hand to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Jean Francois, and we are thankful for all his assistance ensuring we had an amazing trip, and an amazing stay. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. Arranging a car for pick up, lovely rooms, extensive and varied breakfast, to name but a few.

Location, comfortable bed, welcoming hosts.
Breakfast was heavy on the carbs, more fruit (salad rather than a banana) would be nice. A bottle of water a day (rather than charging) would be expected given the room rate.

Riad Soundouss was beautiful beyond compare. Our rooms were very tastefully decorated. The location was just a short walk to the central medina and souks. Jean-Francois and Ibrahim were most warm and welcoming-we arrived as hotel guests and left as friends.

Riad Soundouss is an excellent property right in the middle of the city. Everything is well within the reach. The host and staff were wonderful. Jean Francois made us feel home and checked on us every day. Ibrahim was super helpful. He came with a map when we checked in and guided us with all the information. The breakfast served was very good. We tried the authentic Moroccan cuisine at their restaurant once in dinner and liked it so much. We would definitely recommend this property. The staff always helped with hot water whenever we asked.

The staff were very attentive and they provided a nice breakfast, including a packed breakfast on the day we needed to leave early. They answered all our questions willingly. The location was excellent with easy access to the medina, yet it was still quiet in the evening.
We did book last minute so our room was on the main floor, opening right onto the communal area. I believe it was the last room available. This was not ideal. Also, with little circulation in the room - it did feel a little musty, but I believe that comes with the climate and design of the traditional riads.

The staff was very helpful, well before we arrived at the Riad. The property is gorgeous, with high ceilings in the first floors and decorations everywhere. The showers had strong pressure; mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable; staff cooked a delicious breakfast.
Pro tip: watch the sunrise from the rooftop terrace

We had a fantastic 2 bedroom suite linked by a balcony facing the courtyard, graced by 2 singing birds every morning. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Owner Jean-Francois personally helped us to arrange for the driver to the airport to make a detour to look for a pharmacy because our daughter was ill. Ibrahim, the hotel manager, greeted us with a broad smile everytime when he opened the Riad's door for us.
Maybe the courtyard could be a little warmer in winter ?

Beautiful property. Easy to get to from drop off in medina. Very close to the Secret Garden and Jardin Marjorelle, nice restaurants. Not too far from Gueliz area. Walkable to many site seeing spots. Staff was great and very accommodating. Great service and kind staff.
Wifi did not extend all the way to the farthest bedroom. It worked very well in our other bedroom. AC could be stronger in one bedroom. Manager will remediate that.

I loved staying at this Riad, the owner Jean-Francois provided good communication, was kind and very helpful. His Riad is beautiful and the staff were amazing. I really recommend staying here. Great food, beautiful rooms, comfy beds, large bathroom, beautiful facilities.

This is a beautifully decorated, peaceful and serene Riad. Although I would like to keep it a secret, I have to highly recommend this beautiful place. I wish we could stay longer and we would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was delicious and Jalil was attentive and kind, which made our stay very special.

A colourful, beautiful, mesmerising, Riad that delivers on all fronts. The facilities are amazing and probably some of the most spacious ones that you can find anywhere. The host and staff are the most brilliant, caring, friendly people who will help you at a moments notice. Moreover, the breakfasts are simply divine and are cooked fresh every morning.
That I came with a mate instead of a girlfriend.
