Wonderful
The riad is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms are well equipped, and the water pressure in the shower was great (not always guaranteed in the Medina). The staff (Aziz and Mohammed) were extremely helpful and kind, gave us wonderful recommendations, and made us feel welcome and attended to. The riad is quite close to the main square, but far enough that it is not too busy around the street. The terrace is beautiful, and the fact that the pool is on the roof is a bonus. The pool was not heated, but on a hot day, it can be quite refreshing.
This was a completely external issue, but there was construction in the riad right next door, so it was quite loud during the day. At some point it sounded like someone was hammering right on the wall of our room. However, this was never at night nor did it disturb sleeping hours.

The riad is like a home away from home. It is perfectly located to be able to walk to the main square and many other locations we wanted to visit. I stayed in the riad with my friend and we both loved our time there. We particularly want to thank Aziz for being so hospitable and helpful throughout our whole stay. Aziz made sure we were well looked after and helped with whatever we needed. We appreciate the mint tea he made for us daily! He even made sure to remember what we liked at breakfast, which made it feel even more homely.
Breakfast was delicious, beds were super comfortable and the roof terrace was lovely. We will definitely be back and cant recommend riad signature enough. Thank you so much for making our stay so amazing. Yasmin and Faz :)

We were very happy with our nice and cozy oasis in the middle of marrakech. The jemaa el fna and also place des ferblantiers are not far away and easy to find. Our room was simple but beautiful, comfortable and clean, breakfast was always super.
The Employees Mohammed and Azis are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with booking taxis, the shuttles for day tours and provided us with infos about locations and how to find our way in the souks and were both a part in our amazing experience in marrakech.

The stay exceeded our expectations! Behind the walls amidst Medina is this little gem hidden, the staff was so friendly, nice, and helpful, the breakfast tasty, and the rooms gorgeous and lovely to rest. The rooftop is also very nice.
Next to the property was a construction site with noise emissions but the workers were only working throughout the day, so we had always quiet evenings and nights.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Francois, Aziz and Momo welcomed us in the best way possible and made sure we had the most pleasant stay. The Riad was beatiful, well located and super clean! And the breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend you to stay there, its a gem

Location was great in the heart of Medina, with easy access to all attractions within walking distance. The atmosphere of the riad was exceptional. Rooms were very comfortable, with daily cleaning.
As this is riad in the heart of Medina there is no windows so not the greatest choice for someone claustrophobic like myself. Heated pool has also not been provided. Breakfast has also been repetitive for 4 consecutive days with no amendments to what's provided.

The property vibe was very peaceful. The employees were very friendly, polite and made us feel welcome. I like the rooftop where we chilled in the evening.
Only one thing I was disappointed was the swimming pool was out of order. I wanted to cool off when was hot.

Great location, staff were really friendly and helpful. It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable.
I booked this specifically for the rooftop plunge pool. We were so disappointed to find it full of stagnant green water making it unusable.
