The friendly staff make this a lovely place to stay; and the full-size shady proper riad garden and wonderful artistic, New Morrocco decor give this the feel of an old and authentic house. I liked the location in the medina, very close to everything, but tucked away at the end of a small street, so it was quiet at night. The room has everything you need, mattresses were comfy and not too soft, sheets wondeful, aircon worked well; perhaps some redecoration of the bathroom would spruce it up a bit, but it was clean and water was hot and plentiful!

It is a beautiful riad. The room was big enough for our family of 4. The patio was lovely. The staff were excellent. My kids LOVED the honey crepes in the morning. We were also appreciative they had a crib for our youngest.
I've traveled around Morocco before. For the price point, I was expecting a bigger inclusive breakfast. They had extra options for an additional fee, but many other places include an omelette or other protein sources. I am all for not wasting food, so perhaps they could ask you what type of jams/jellies/food you would like before serving.

Culinary offerings, though repetitive, were satisfying with a good Moroccan breakfast served daily. It's worth noting the consistency in what's offered, which could be a downside for those staying longer and craving variety. The service was notably commendable, with a special thanks to Ms. Sameera, who was instrumental in bridging communication barriers with the non-English-speaking staff. Her assistance in providing local knowledge and helping us navigate the cultural landscape of Marrakech was invaluable. It was a peace heaven, far from the noisy streets of the city. The people were super nice and friendly.
The location near a dump. Too little assistance with what to do in the lovely neighbourhood but outside the touristy stuff. When staying in a place like this, we expect a little more guidance on how to discover the citys life. But most of all, it was all quite pricey. The breakfast which was included in the price was too simple for the standing of the riad.

Very welcome and helpful, I was given a lot of good information about Marrakech before arrival. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, the beds are good. Location is the medina perfect, close to nouvelle ville and also 10 minutes walk to Jemaa el Fna. Good shuttle service to and from the airport.

The staff was awesome! Super friendly and helpful! The location was great for family. Safe and Quiet but not too far away from all the activities.
Have to walk pass a trash pile getting to the riah (but doesnt smell for some reason). No water on the last day, so couldnt shower. Not the riahs fault. Breakfast was basic. Asked for eggs but none was available. The kids loved the hot chocolate though.

We loved our stay at Riad Sahara Nour. The beautiful garden with birds singing among the trees, the sunny roof terrace, the friendly staff, the library, the music room, the poetry and the artistic soul of the place made us feel at home. Its a lovely place to relax and unwind after an intense day discovering the medina of Marrakech. Plus we really enjoyed the delicious pancakes for breakfast. We stayed in the African Suite, great choice for two friends who want to share room but still have some privacy. Ideal location close to Bab Doukkala. Thank you, Franois, Samira and Hassan.

We had the family room, in the first floor, next to the terrace, really nice room. The hotel staff was very nice as well and the Riad is very pretty , well located.
I think that breakfast could be improved, adding a boil egg. a yogurt and a fruit that doesn't cost much, and change a lot, we got just bread an a pancake, limited compared to other Riads. And important if people are sleeping in the first floor next to the terrace, we were expecting to have breakfast in the terrace which is really pretty.
