Beautiful room and friendly staff.
Extras were very expensive which is a missed opportunity. Wi-fi was poor. Small problems e.g., soap missing in the bathroom. Location is a bit out of the way.

The local area was safe enough to walk around, tourism is heavily protected and supported.

It was my first experience in a Riad, I liked the character, the antiquity and the history.
It was very cold and they don’t seem to have any proper heating system for the rooms during cold nights.

By far one of the best Riad in Marrakech. I went with my girlfriend Melanie and they set up our room with her name in Rose petals on the bed and put up Happy Birthday Balloons. The host didn’t speak much English but she treated us so nice we felt at home. The location was walkable to common pick up spots (for excursions) and many popular touristy areas. Everything was clean and cozy. I couldn’t ask for a better experience thanks to the amazing service from the host to everyone working there.

Sayeda, Faisal and the team were excellent. They went above and beyond to meet our needs - a meal out of the blue, early check in, organising the hamam and massage as well as airport transfers, all faultless.
It’s a really beautiful place, so calm and peaceful amongst the chaos of the souk - when you walk through the door it’s like entering another world. Super peaceful and tranquil.

Location was difficult to access, and two expensive but I think it was the FAULT of booking.com. Terribly oversold. They sold me a suite, with breakfast included. Not. Very not. And an exorbitant price. Shame on Booking.com.

So this was our first time in Marrakech, and we couldn't of stayed at a better place. The riad itself was absolutely beautiful, from it's interior design to the jacuzzi and Hammam massage facilities. The service was impeccable, the staff were super helpful and were genuinely kind people. We felt like we were staying in luxury and also felt safe as the property was well guarded. The breakfast was incredible and we had a wide variety, we were spoilt for choice! We would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing stay and a bonus being situated in good location for the tourist hotspots!

Exceptional riad experience and would recommend to my family and friends. From the start we were welcomed with Moroccan traditional sweets and tea which was very nice after a long journey. We had a superb room view upstairs and all the staff members looked after us every single day. Thank you all for the hospitality ?

There is no parking. The air conditioning was not working. You must wait outside for an hour for the riad's door to be opened for you. I booked four nights and on the second night we finished the reservation and left the riad and the amount was not refunded to me.

Le Medina Privilège Riad & Spa is an exquisite oasis in the middle of the surrounding chaos. The Riad is beautifully decorated, quiet and safe. But what probably sets this Riad aside from the countless other places to stay is the staff. Mohamed went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. He walked with us to help us orientate ourselves in the busy surrounding streets, took us to get a local SIM card (vital as Marrakesh is a warren of streets, so Google Maps is helpful), made restaurant and massage bookings and gave us sightseeing tips so that we made the most of the few days we had. He also moved us to another room that had better air-conditioning (it was a sweltering 48 degrees). This room was phenomenal! We unfortunately didn't get the try the on-site restaurant as the chef was on leave (despite us having booked our anniversary dinner here 6 weeks ahead and having chosen meals, as per management request). I am sure it would have been incredible based on what breakfast was like. Every day a little different and super delicious. Said joined the team the day of our departure and was also wonderful.
What isn't apparent when booking this Riad (or any in the area) is that it is not directly accessible by taxi. This is important as we arrived at 1am after flight delays. We were fortunate enough to have a kind taxi driver who walked in the dark with us to the Riad, but even he got lost. The area isn't the best and there are lots of shady characters looking to make money off lost tourists, so make sure you book a taxi through booking.com, as you get a set price and direct contact to a driver. You can then arrange a meeting point as there is no door to door service possible.

We enjoyed this Riad immensely. From the moment we arrived (late night arrival) to the moment we left, we were treated with the upmost of consideration. Breakfast was the traditional Moroccan fare served in an inviting manner by staff who could not be more kind or thoughtful.
Our room was a visual delight. The ceiling breathtaking. The bed comfortable, the bathroom and sitting area spacious. Personal amenities are nice.
And then there is Mohamed. A young man who seems to be everywhere at all times. Always with a smile, a gentle inquiry to make sure your stay is what you wish and suggestions to maximize your Marrakesh experience.
Rachelle who I did not have the opportunity to meet, was my first contact with the Riad. Like Mohamed, she too was incredibly helpful. My husband I will will always be thankful for the outstanding private driver/tour guide she arranged for our road trip from Marrakesh to Fes.
If there is availability at this location, book it!

This place was superb! The first thing you notice is the beautiful traditional oriental murals on the ceiling; and as it was just recently renovated - every room was very clean, stylish and comfortable for a few night's stay. The location is also great if you want to have a good night's sleep, as it is nestled in a quieter part of town but still gives you a walkable distance to the medina. The (best) hotel manager - Muhammed - will guide you to the medina on the first day so you can better orient yourself. The staff is super friendly, helpful and almost like a family!
Although pretty pricey, the only problem I would point out is that I could not stay longer :D
