A beautiful l Riad in a great part of the medina. Sam and Youness are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to help with whatever you may need. We felt right at home.

The Riad was beautiful, as seen in the pictures, and in a very good location within a few minutes distance from the market. The best thing was for sure the staff and their hospitality. Sam and the rest of the people made us feel like home and helped us a lot with any questions, queries for taxis and tips for going around. I highly recommend this place and for sure I would visit it again!

The riad is so beautiful and calm. The staff were amazing especially the host she was so kind and helpful! She made us very welcome and helped us get everywhere. Room was very clean and nice food.

Riad Romance was a lovely place to stay, with a warm & welcoming team who went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable & authentic stay in this 17th century Riad. Everything about the facilities was clean and there were nice touches. Nothing was too much trouble, with Sami and her team on hand for anything we needed including arranging day trip experiences (we were offered these when our pre planned ones via trip advisor were cancelled last minute)...all you need to do is ask! Tucked away in the Medina of Marrakech, you'd be forgiven for being uncertain about the location on first arriving but as soon as you step through the main door you're in a private oasis away from the hustle & bustle. Choosing to eat in on several evenings we were provided with the most incredible delicious authentic food. There's no menu, just a chat about what you might like to try and et voila ..... it's made for you. Riad Romance is a short & easy walk to Place Ben Youssef & then onto the souks & main square in the Medina and you'll be glad of that at the end of your explorations! We will certainly be back and choosing Riad Romance as our place to stay when we do.
Unfortunately there was some building works happening around the Riad at the time of our stay but we are understanding that this happens and it didn't detract from our opinion of Riad Romance & it's team.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room serviced every day.
Not as close to The Medina as described. Intimidating location. Don’t ask for directions or you’ll be threatened for money for simply showing you the way to The Riad. If threatened say you’ll call the police and they should back away. Probably ok for families and groups. Not so much for solo travellers.

It was so clean, the hospitality was 10/10. I just got home to Sweden and I am already planning my next trip to this Riad. The service provided from the owners was excellent best service you can get.

Was like an oasis in the middle of the very busy medina, staff were extremely friendly and informative and was only a 10 minute walk if that to the souks.

Had a wonderful stay in Riad Romance. Sam and all of the staff were lovely. Beautiful clean Riad. Perfect location less than 10 min walk to centre. Sam was very helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations and organising day trips for us. Would definitely stay again

Riad Romance is located right near the souks.
They welcomed us so well with a Tea and local biscuits.
The Riad is calm and clean. The breakfast is really good.
All the staff are absolutely fantastic - special mention to the owner, Sam, she is very kind and helpful, she gave us all information and tips we needed!

Very Good
It is quiet which is hard to find in Marekesh Sam is incredible in every way.
Roads are very culturally unique. There is no window they are old and the walls are thin. It’s not a specific issue with this place it’s just the way they all are.
