I wish I could rate this over 10. I cannot recommend this Riad enough!! When my fianc and I got there, I was unfortunately coming down with a cold and didnt feel well enough to go out into the city much. So we ended up spending nearly our entire trip in the Riad. Normally, this would have absolutely ruined the trip, but I was so grateful that of all the places wed stayed on our trip, this was the one I got stuck in. The place is BEAUTIFUL, clean, kept up very well with the most friendly staff and owners who were always so happy to help. They offered great advice and insider tips on the city. The service was unlike anywhere Ive stayed before from the moment we arrived. Since I was sick, we ended up eating nearly all of our meals at the Riad as well and all were SO delicious.
I will obviously need to visit Morocco again to get a true experience, and this is the only place we will stay! Thank you so much to all the staff for making a bad situation good!!

The room (room 8) was AMAZING. One of the best hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thomas, the co-owner, was a really lovely guy, too! We loved everything about our stay at Road Rafaele, including the sumptuous breakfast. Given its proximity to literally everything in the Medina, Riad Rafaele is a definite "must" if you're planning to stay in Marrakech!
Nothing whatsoever - everything was perfect. Thank you so much for an amazing, relaxing and welcoming stay!

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. The Riad is BEAUTIFUL, the location was perfect, the staff are so friendly helpful, the rooms are clean and comfy, and the breakfast was very tasty. Highly recommend!

Location was good. The staff were excellent, very helpful with what/where to go. The owners were around too which was great to speak to them about our stay. The breakfast was good.
There was limited options for food in the riad for lunch you would have to go outside to get something to eat. It was quite pricey in comparison to the rest of places available. It was difficult to find the riad as it was down a little alleyway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Rafaele. The pool was amazing for the hot days and the bedrooms are very spacious. A big thank you to Marwan who made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable an exceptional level of service.

The Riad was lovely. Well located and well appointed
The food and alcohol/drinks were extremely expensive. There was no menu to choose from, you were only able to eat what you were given (whatever the kitchen had decided to cook for the day)
We asked to do 2 loads of washing and they cost $25AUD each. We were then handed 2 baskets of wet washing and when I asked where I could hang them to dry I was told maybe I could lay them on the floor in my room because the owner would not be happy if we had washing hanging around.

The staff were exceptionally helpful (in particular Marwan) and the patio with the pool was so relaxing you would never know you were in the middle of the medina. Orange trees and birds singing made it a truly peaceful oasis yet everything on the doorstep. The bed was very comfortable and linen felt luxurious. The room was so dark and quiet it made for a good night's sleep after a full day exploring. Nice to have breakfast on the roof terrace too.

Thomas & Valerie have created a beautiful oasis inside the craziness of Marrakesh's Medina walls. Tucked away through a little alley way, you open the door to a little paradise. Our room was huge and decorated very tastefully. We stayed there with our two fully grown teenagers and it was more than comfortable. The pool is small but that is normal for a Riad within the city. The staff are very friendly and we would definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
