Nice riad in a good location. Renovation and decoration are very beautiful.
It was our 5th time in Marrakech.
When checking out and paying for 2 nights, the bill was wrong by 20€. We confronted them and they reimbursed us and gave an excuse saying the software was miscalculating the bill because of the 3,5% added fee for paying with Card, but they probably try to cheat every other costumer… we almost did not realize it neither.
That didn’t feel right after a rather pleasant experience. From that moment on, the treatment of the staff changed considerably… which is not nice.
The Family Suite we reserved is actually an extension to the Riad on the rooftop, thus loosing a bit the sense of being in a Riad. And there was a strong smell of sewage for the whole stay.

The Riad is well located in the central Medina, and the room size was quite good. However, the overall experience didn’t live up to the photos or the rating. The toiletries were unbranded, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the room, which affected the comfort of the stay. On a positive note, breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. With some improvements, it could match the expectations set online, but unfortunately, it fell short.

The location close to the Medina was great. We (four young women) felt safe walking around, also at night. Even though the riad was so close the city center it was still quiet, a little oasis in the city! The rooftop was wonderful and the breakfast every morning was fantastic. We were in the family room, please note that this room is on the top floor next to the rooftop where breakfast is served. However, we were not disturbed by this as all the guests were quiet and respectful.

Location was great, staff was friendly and welcoming and rooms were comfortable.
How sound travelled through the Riad. As a light sleeper I could hear everyone come and go as footsteps, closing doors and voices echoed a lot. If you plan to be out late this shouldn’t be an issue however.

The staff were friendly and the accommodation was comfortable and clean.
The accommodation was very basic. We were there for two nights and had breakfast one day which basically consisted of a roll and some stale pancakes as it appeared. The staff could not be bothered to make us eggs!

The staffs r friendly, Nurdin & Muhammad were very helpful…

The location is strategic, nearby to lots in Medina, especially the Jemaa El-Fnaa…
The room is clean and was daily cleaned…
It’s not on the main road, so u have to walk like less than 10mins dragging your luggages to the Riad via alleys, but there r lots of people so it was ok…
Our room has separated toilet, so no water there…
A pair of slippers would be nice to walk around the kinda cold floors at night…
But overall it was a very nice stay!

The Riad is perfectly located, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful and Mohamed really went out of his way to make our stay as smooth and as comfortable as possible, not only with regards to the accommodation, but also for our entire stay in Marrakesh, offering us valuable tips and tricks, recommendations and even shopping advice.
Even though the building seems relatively newly renovated and very comfortable, the isolation is not the best and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and from the interior court, as well as having no padding on the edge of the doors makes closing them quite loud.
Also worth mentioning is that one of the rooms didn't have a door to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room, creating a bit of an awkward/unconfortable situation.
