We loved our stay here! The room was spacious and beautiful. We also liked the location and the hammam spa experience. The whole riad was stunning and very clean. We also paid for a transfer to the airport which was very helpful.

We stayed on what we think is the best room in the hotel. Top floor, on our own.
The place has been built and decorated with care and taste. They have a Spa which we discovered on the day we were leaving. Location in the Medina was perfect. Price: it's 100% worth it. You will enjoy. Again, try to get the same room., by the pool. Enjoy.we

My stay at RK Riad was thoroughly enjoyable. The riad was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Ahmed was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring the experience was seamless and offering great recommendations that made the visit even more memorable.
Overall, RK Riad is highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located stay.

Wonderful
The location was great, easy to find, close to the gate and close to the square, felt safe. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace, nice variety of eggs, bread, juice, tea, etc. The room and bathroom were both big and beautiful! Very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Wifi was a little spotty. One morning the shower water wasn't hot. Had to pay tax upon check out, just $30, apparently that was in the fine print. Other than that everything was wonderful. Really no complaints.

Nice riad in a good location. Renovation and decoration are very beautiful.
It was our 5th time in Marrakech.
When checking out and paying for 2 nights, the bill was wrong by 20€. We confronted them and they reimbursed us and gave an excuse saying the software was miscalculating the bill because of the 3,5% added fee for paying with Card, but they probably try to cheat every other costumer… we almost did not realize it neither.
That didn’t feel right after a rather pleasant experience. From that moment on, the treatment of the staff changed considerably… which is not nice.
The Family Suite we reserved is actually an extension to the Riad on the rooftop, thus loosing a bit the sense of being in a Riad. And there was a strong smell of sewage for the whole stay.

The Riad is well located in the central Medina, and the room size was quite good. However, the overall experience didn’t live up to the photos or the rating. The toiletries were unbranded, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the room, which affected the comfort of the stay. On a positive note, breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. With some improvements, it could match the expectations set online, but unfortunately, it fell short.

The location close to the Medina was great. We (four young women) felt safe walking around, also at night. Even though the riad was so close the city center it was still quiet, a little oasis in the city! The rooftop was wonderful and the breakfast every morning was fantastic. We were in the family room, please note that this room is on the top floor next to the rooftop where breakfast is served. However, we were not disturbed by this as all the guests were quiet and respectful.
