Really lovely stay here - Adam was an amazing host, gave a great initial tour of the city and made sure me and my friend were okay with navigating our way around as well as giving great suggestions for food and sights to see/avoid. The Riad is beautiful, the room we had was lovely and a great roof terrace for an afternoon relax. Great food as well and airport pick up/drop off was much appreciated.

The breakfast, featuring Moroccan tea and a variety of fresh breads, was a delightful start to each day. The staff's hospitality was incredible, they were always ready to assist and easily reachable when needed. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring both the old and new parts of Marrakech, with convenient access to taxis.

We liked how helpful & friendly Adam, the Riad manager was. We loved all the recommendations given to us & were able to enjoy them so much easier thanks to the assistance Adam offered.
The catering staff & breakfast offering was also superb to set you up for a full day of adventuring.

Hands down the best hospitality we have ever experienced, anywhere in the world. The facilities are lovely, but what makes this place truly stand out is the excellent customer service they offer. Adam and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs - from preparing a delicious dinner upon our late-night arrival, to arranging breakfast each day at a time and place that suited us, walking us to and from the Medina gate on our first and last day and also sitting down with us to take us through the map of Marrakech, so we knew which places to visit, and which ones to avoid. Fresh water, orange juice and a delicious moroccan mint tea were always available in the kitchen, and there were plenty of places to rest and relax within the Riad. We loved our stay and we felt taken care of like never before!

Very stylish interior with extraordinary decor, I really enjoyed reading the story of the house. Lovely terrace with a bright splash of colour, quiet neighbourhood, nice atmosphere. Oh, and the pomegranate tree in bloom in the courtyard its fragrance is unforgettable
It proved a bit challenging for me to find my way through the medina despite detailed instructions from the administrator (good news: it's easy to find way out of the medina, the closest gate is just a few minutes away from the front door).

The Riad is Incredible and all the staff are exceptional! I couldn't recommend this place more and can't wait to visit again. Adam - the hotel manager went above and beyond in every way during our stay. I visited with my sister and we found the Medina quite overwhelming so we wanted to change some of our plans once we were there. Adam spent hours of his time helping us book restaurants and taxis. He also guided us to shops that we were interested in and gave me a tour of the city which I wouldn't have been able to do without him. The most kind, caring and selfless person to manage the hotel. The breakfast on the roof terrace was also delightful! Thank you SO much Adam and everyone who works at Riad Porte Royal.

Property was very clean, great staff especially the host gave us lots of tips on how to avoid scams and where to visit
Its a little bit tricky to find, only accessible by foot, our taxi driver didnt know where to go from the airport, maybe just note this on the listing and to tell the driver to go to bab yacout to get almost there

The staff was really nice and welcoming. Helped us at the beginning with getting around and shared their recommendations for where to eat/drink etc which was very helpful! Lovely breakfast included in the price. Our room was nicely cleaned every day and clean towels were provided.

This beautiful setting lends itself as a cosy and quiet escape from the overwhelm of the medina.
Incredibly well-managed by an attentive team who generously cater to your comfort, the great recommendations for touring are diligently provided, guaranteeing an extensive cultural immersion, that extends well beyond the walls of the riad.
It would be a treat to stay again.

Everything! Staff was super friendly and attentive, the vibes of the riad was hitting all the right notes (quiet, relaxing, and clean). Breakfast was amazing, everything was freshly cooked and so so tasty. Good value for money, really feel well taken care of during our stay.
Location is quite far from the central square, but we didn't mind it although something to be aware of if you are looking for a place right in the middle of action.
