Wonderful
The suite is very spacious and we're happy there is a door between our room and our son's room. The location is very convenient, and the two young staff members at the reception desk were extremely kind and helpful. We were a little concerned about noise after reading a review, but it turned out to be very quiet.

The room was lovely. good AC that was great to come back to after a day in the Marrakech heat. The welcome was great. the reception staff was excellent. Welcome tea and tour is a great touch. Also the towels smelled amazing. And of course just a beautiful space.
the only thing that was a problem was that the shower didn't drain super well so the water pooled quite a bit. I'm particularly grossed out by this though so for other people it may not be a problem.

Everything: nice employees, good location near square El Fna, hot water
I didn't have any problem but it may be hard to find, lost inside some narrow streets.
If you have a luggage, ask an employee to carry it on the stairs if your room is above.

- when we took a shower, we needed to open the windows or the room would be humid and would smell like it was closed up for a while
- not all the staff was nice
- one of the sheets of the pillows is not made of cotton, it's synthetic. It's not comfortable
- the beds were okay. I could feel a hollow in the bed because it was overused.

The property was very clean
Not the property itself , but more of an FYI for other travelers. You have to navigate narrow alleys to get to the riad. It can be scary for a first timer but after a while, you get used to it. I wouldn’t recommend it for a solo traveler.

Friendly and helpful staff, Beautiful hotel with great decor and nice rooftop. Clean rooms. Good location. Quiet room . Excellent breakfast.
Room was small with very little space for luggage. Laundry services not available and recommendation was bad. We were told to take our clothes to a nearby laundry place but the clothes came back smelling terrible. I would no recommend getting laundry done there.

Location is the best. In the middle of the old city, yet in a side alley where you cannot hear the noise of the crowds. Breakfast is great as well. The first room I got was small but nice but then they moved me to a bigger room which was perfect.
I just wish they had a bidet.

Beautiful riad in the middle of the Medina. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.
The swimming pool is essentially for show only. 3x3m is more of a lukewarm bathtub than a real swimming pool.

The location is very good close to the main market
We booked the royal suit for four people when we got the room it was a one bedroom and two beds in the living room not suitable for two couples. The property has a plumbing issues with very noticeable odor.
