Friendly , helpful staff. Sun terrace, hotel cat . Very atmospheric.
Small room, bathroom a bit shabby , very hard to find on arrival. Need leave car considerable distance away and hire a luggage porter/ cart

Beautiful traditional riad, very clean, amazing staff, hot water swimming pool for free, nice terrace, extremely rich breakfast.
Free map and detailed explanation of the places of interest.
Not enough sockets by the bed for charging phones, hair dryer not working. We stayed in suite for 4 people, in one of the rooms no place where to put things and clothes.
Not easy to reach, especially with the luggage.

Everything was nice. However, it was a challenge to find riad at first time :D Staff was nice and explained everything and gave some advices regarding Marrakesh. Location is in the middle of Medina.

Very safe location. The riad truly looks as beautiful as the photos posted. Staff are very friendly and eager to help. Simou was an absolute delight. He was always professional, patient, and very kind. He went above and beyond, provided valuable insight and information which made our stay in Marrakech so rewarding. Make sure to ask him about his cousins herborist store- it is definitely worth checking out! He was truly the best thing about this riad.
