Loved the Riad, the staff was very friendly. The stay started with a tea and a quick presentation of the city and objectives and how to get there. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Will come again for sure.

I loved everything about my stay and this place!
The riad is beautiful, and all the facilities are in perfect condition. My room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious — and please try their dinner too, you’re in for a treat. (They had no problem accommodating my food allergies.)
The location was excellent: in a quieter part of the medina but still within easy walking distance of the main sights. It felt calm without being out of the way.
Most importantly, it’s Manu and his team — Haytam and Mehdi — who made the experience special. They are attentive, super helpful, and simply very kind and friendly.
Thank you again — I hope to be back!

RiadO staff were excellent. From when we first arrived til when we left they were always cheerful and happy to help us. Went out of their way to assist pickups for tours.
Taxis are unable to deliver you right to the door so when you first arrive it was a struggle to find the entrance.
It is a good 10-15 mi ute walk into the centre of the Medina
Be aware that you do need to go up and down stairways

Cute, traditional Riad. Excellent location, with an amazing breakfast, close enough to the souk without being in the souk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also tried the Hammam which I can highly recommend. We would certainly come back to this hotel.
The bathroom wasn’t that practical. The floor flooded when showering and there was nowhere to hang up the towels. These were minor issues.

We were extremely pleased with hospitality, all the staff were exceptional, the breakfasts and meals were excellent! There was a slight issue with the water but it was resolved very quickly. Thank you very much!

Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and it is literally one block from the market.
The guys that was supposed to open the door at night to enter to the Ria was sleeping and it took 10-15 minutes to open the door, then he said to us that was later and he was sleeping.

The property was fabulous. Really spacious, beautiful decor, very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was lovely, with a varied breakfast through the week, and really nice dinner options. The Hamam and massage were excellent. Thank you so much.

My mom got hit by a motorbike in the Medina and broke her leg. I expected more help and support from the Riad to deal with the situation as a 5-star resort. She was unable to climb stairs so we asked for assistance finding her another place to stay and they said they didn’t know what to do. We also asked for help communicating as we don’t speak the language or finding places close to eat and they were not helpful there as well.

Everything was wonderful! The continental breakfast included the most delicious scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice served on the upper patio. Our room was spacious and kept clean for us throughout our stay. The staff was so friendly and made every effort to make us feel at home. I would absolutely return!
