The breakfast exceeded my expectations- there was a lot offered! Jean-Pierre went above and beyond meeting me from where my taxi left off, to make sure I didn't get lost. He and Anna made sure I felt welcome and comfortable during my stay, and were so kind. The rooftop was very relaxing, with options to be in the sun or shade.
It is a bit of a walk to the most crowded part of the medina/shops, and google maps got me a little lost finding my way back at night- but sure that would have happened at any Riad stay in the area (I still felt safe and don't count this against them).

Multilingual (esp if you can only speak English) and very helpful, putting your best interests first.
It was my first time going to marrakech and glad to have the two hosting.
Also great location, atm, exchange, main road (for taxis), decent restaurants nearby, and Glovo delivers to door.

Our time at the Riad was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we stepped through the ornate doors, we were enveloped in an oasis of tranquillity. The Riad itself is a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture, with its intricate tile work, lush courtyard gardens, and serene fountains creating an atmosphere of serene beauty.The warmth and hospitality of the owners and staff that truly made our stay unforgettable. Jean-Pierre, Anna, and Assis welcomed us like old friends, ensuring that every moment of our stay was filled with comfort and joy. In a good quartier and few minutes away to walk to main square.
We like everything, but mostly room number 5, which we have it on our second stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Nirvana. The Riad is beautiful, full of art and is a very peaceful place to stay. The area is also really nice and quiet and felt safe to walk around as a solo traveller. The owners couldn't have been more helpful with information and food. They went to great lengths to provide me a gluten free breakfast and a delicious lamb tagine in the evening (working around various food allergies). The rooftop garden was peaceful and a lovely place to spend time.

Very clean and nice room. Location is a bit far from the old Medina. I think it is a bit expensive. Also please note that your room doors do not lock however it still felt safe.
Room doors dont lock. Owner is a European man and I normally prefer to stay with local owners

I loved my stay at Riad Nirvana, from the moment I walked in I was welcomed like coming home. Aziz was on hand to give me all the information I needed for my stay and the city and was very helpful. My room was perfect, bed comfy, shower was lovely and hot and the amenities of hairdryer etc were all perfect! Would highly recommend a stay here.

From the moment of booking Aziz was incredibly helpful and accommodating of my requests. The riad is conveniently located near the Saadian Tombs and on arrival, Aziz was there to greet and take me to the riad. I requested a dinner on my first night and it was superb! I felt guilty because I couldn't finish it all but that doesn't show how good it was. He then spent time talking through the must-sees. On another occasion I asked for a later dinner but couldn't eat it as I was full from earlier in the day and they were incredibly gracious and I had it for lunch the following day instead. The breakfast is great although I feel like this could be offered earlier in the morning, however I'm sure they would've had I asked. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious - at times hot & cold but that's probably due to my own temperature fluctuations more than anything! It's a small riad with only 6 rooms but the service is impeccable. No complaints and a really lovely stay for my first time in Marrakech. And my first ever 'hotel' review!

It was in a good location. Nice riad. Some areas could do with a freshen up decor wise. Staff excellent . Good breakfast.
Needs freshening up. Ground floor room-really allowed no privacy, bit claustrophobic. Smelt damp unless aircon on,but understand building old.
Pity roof terrace not really useable yet.

Well located. Walking distance from the central square and far enough from the noise. Breakfast was very good, with real fresh orange juice. Filter coffee. But no other gluten free options than eggs. Lovely and helpful staff.
The owner forgot to tell the receptionist about our booking and they didn't have the room we paid available until the next day. So we spent one night in a small room, so small we struggle to walk around the opened suitcase. They charged us the same, and didn't offer any discount. The last day we departed 30 mins before the breakfast starts, and they haven't offered any takeaway breakfast as most hotels do.

Cosy interior, lots of plants, nice rooftop, really good breakfast, calm neighborhood.
Wifi was at times unavailable till the router was restarted. Air conditioning in the room was very strong even on the lowest setting, so it was either too cold or too warm. Pillows were too thick, but that's common in Morocco.
