Love the patio and rooftop and the decor. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and kind. They helped me out from the time I had booked the rooms until we left. They breakfast was delicious!!

The room has it's area where you could hangout/sit/relax. It is spacious enough for all our luggage which we liked the most because we can easily move around and get our stuff from the luggage when we need it.
The rooftop is beautiful. We always eat our breakfast there and the food they serve was also good. Always with fresh orange juice. The pool at the roof top is nice. It was just a bit cold at night when we were that we were not able to use the pool.
The location is perfect coz it's just few steps away from the main road where you can get a taxi. Outside this property is already the alley with many vendors and it leads to Medina square. It's just few mins away going to the Medina.
All the staff were nice and very helpful. Big thanks for all their help.
The water in the shower was too hot. It was difficult to take a shower because once it gets hot, it won't go back to normal or cold temp, even if I adjusted it to cold temperature,it didn't change. I needed to turn it off then turn it on again after few minutes to be able to finish my shower. I forgot to report it to the staff since it was always late when I use the shower and then,in the morning, we were already busy preparing to leave for our tour that I forgot about it. Maybe if I told the staff,they could have done something with the water temperature of the shower.

The location was great being just off Tinsmith Square. Short walk into the main square but on the periphery so that you can easily get taxis to/from the airport. staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for you. Breakfast was great and plenty of it.

Loved the heated swimming pool, and open until midnight. Perfect rooftop retreat after exploring Marrakesh.
Location is fantastic - short walk into centre square, fantastic shops along the way. Round the corner from Palace too
high carb breakfast- mainly because it didn’t help my low carb diet !!!

Location is great. Close to the main square and Souks. Staff were all excellent - friendly and helpful (especially Yves). Breakfast served on the outside terrace was very good. The terrace pool and jacuzzi are a real bonus. Our room was a great size. Great value. Manicure and pedicure with Imane was superb. Would definitely recommend Riad nesma

We had stayed in Riad Nesma the previous Saturday night (8th March) as part of an organised group after trekking in the Sahara for 5 days, so knew what to expect when we came back. We were able to leave our big trekking bags in the Riad when we travelled to Fes for the week, which saved us lugging them on the train. When we arrived back at Riad Nesma we enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, as we hadn't had time to try them on our previous stay. We would definitely book Riad Nesma next time we are in Marrakech.

Location was great, in the heart of the medina, everything within walking distance. Lovely breakfast, it would have been nice to have some variety, we had the same breakfast everyday.. a buffet would be nice. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly.
No variety in breakfast.. location can be slightly unsafe at night however its not so deep into the medina and people are always around so not so bad. Unfortunately works was taking place as im sure its their quiet season when we attended, the staff were very apologetic and we appreciated that.
