Breakfast not very good- no vegetables all about bread, location- good-top center, room- very small, problems with water temperature- cold or very warm, it was hard to normaly go to shower, condition work bad, not blankets for all persons- we need to ask and then wait. Not personal all the time at swimming pool- didnt get towels when we need. SPA is very bad level:(

Great location. amazing staff friendly and helpful. The hammam was an amazing experience.
The location of the hotel lends itself to loud noisesboth from guests and street noise, but this is unavoidable. We will stay here again if we come.

Nesma is a traditional Marrakech Riad with classic design detailing with very comfortable rooms. The staff was wonderful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The location in the Medina and close to Jemma el Fnaa as well as near many of the southern Medina sights and excellent restaurants.

The raid was a wonderful place to stay, the location is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
What I loved most about the raid is that you could go and venture into the busy city or take a tour and return back to the riad and have a lovely swim or chill out in the hot tub like I did in evening. The vibe of the raid is very relaxing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful towards me, I was a nervous solo traveler and the staff always assisted and made sure I always got to where I needed to be. The raid is only a short walk (1 min) off the road and when I arrived the staff had come down to walk me to the raid which was really Thoughtful and made me feel so welcome. I stayed in a couple of places during my time in marrakech and the staff here were by far the most attentive, honestly they made my morrocian adventure more special.
Some diaappainents was it was very loud my first night with other guests bustling about i think a late flight home so I didn't get to sleep a lot the first night but in all honesty that could happen absolutely anywhere. There's nothing I would improve within the raid at all, other than it would be good to book massages after 6pm. I seemed to keep missing the closing time to book one as I always seemed to get back later than expected. A subjection would be maybe to offer these for the later evening time.

Beautiful, clean and in a great location! Breakfast is amazing! Rooms are comfortable and the roof top pool is perfect to relax and for the children to play! Staff couldnt do enough for us!
