The room was as pictured on their website, so I was expecting it to be a bit cramped with only enough room for the double bed; I was traveling solo, so it was fine for me. There was a heater/air conditioner.
The location was really great in the Medina; very close to the Secret Garden. Once I figured out how to find Riad Naya, I had fewer problems going out and returning; trying to remember surrounding stores didn't help as they were boarded up during the evening!
Proprietor was helpful.
The shower could use a bit of an upgrade; I had trouble working the showerhead to direct the water more toward me. The bathroom mirror needs to be lowered so one can use it; I'm only 5'1", so I could only see my forehead in it!
The bedside lamps had to be plugged in each time I wanted to use them and unplugged to turn them off, which was difficult to do when it was dark.

Excellent location. Check in good with information and map. Fine breakfast. We were in the annex which was very private with a clothes washer and a private roof top deck. Friendly staff. They even arranged an early breakfast the day we departed.
Since our room was in a different building from the Riad these comments are only for the annex. The lighting was not strong. The bed was very hard which was uncomfortable for us. There were occasional foul odours in the bathroom. The stairs made it awkward to get from the bedroom to the bathroom. No bottled water is provided.
The rooms in the Riad might be a better choice

Strategic position and breakfast is very good
The room was quite small for two people. We found a large cockroach in the shower and there was an unpleasant smell. These things can happen in a riad in Marrakech, but considering the ratings and the price, we expected a bit more.

The riad is located in the medina, just a couple of minutes away from the markets. Everyday we got served a delicious traditional breakfast and the owner was really friendly. He helped us navigate the city and make our trip to Marrakech memorable. Totally recommend!

The accomodations were very comfortable, clean and beautiful.
The location is perfect. Near the entrance of the Medina (less than a 10 minutes walk), and 15-20 minutes from the main square.
The staff is next level. Mustafa was very helpful and he made sure our stay was perfect. Definitely would recommend, it's great value.

Mustafa did his best, even though the settling up for our room stay (3 nights) was not smooth, as we expected to pay via Booking.com with a credit card, but ended up having to get cash instead. Breakfast was very nice and adequate.
Aziza provided both daily cleaning and the majority of the breakfast. She is a sweetheart.
Quiet location!
The online photos are quite misleading in my opinion and the size of the rooms is especially 'off'. The bathroom had no hooks (just a 'ladder' for the towels), no shelf or place to put anything, so requested a chair. The sink slanted, the toilet was unstable, but the shower had hot water and good pressure. The bedroom was very snug and the hooks for hanging up things was impractical. But it was quiet and very clean. The stairs are pretty narrow and getting to the top 'sun' deck is not worth the trouble frankly. Location is perfect and although a bit tired and worn, it's ok for a few days.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful riad. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff was truly excellent — always kind, helpful, and ready to offer great advice. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Morocco!

Wonderful
Riad Naya is a very clean and comfortable Riad, perfectly located in the Medina. Very close to the souks and restaurants, but tucked away off the main strip, allowing for a quiet night’s sleep. But best of all was Mustafa, the riad manager, who was so kind and friendly, with a great sense of humour. A definite highlight of our stay was getting to know him and his lovely cousin Sophia, and swapping stories about our respective families and cultures. Thanks Mustafa for everything! We hope to meet again one day (and wish Sophia all the best with her future studies). We are sure she will go far!

The best Riad owner we met in our travel. Perfect position to reach every monument in the Medina. By the Riad we found the best quality services and thanks to Mustafa we had some beautiful days in Marrakech. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very rich.

Nothing was too much for him - from advice about where to eat in the medina, to booking a trip to Essouira, to getting us an early morning taxi to the airport, to providing a nice packed breakfast for our early start, he was always conscious of our needs, and helped make our stay a success

Lovely place, very charming and well decorated. Very spacious and comfortable room. Nice breakfast served with local food. The owner is very helpful, and nice. It’s in the middle of the Medina, very close to the main square, but you need to go through the souks to get there, and late at night some doors close and you might incur in people that want to help you find the way, but then rudely expect money from you, and they do not accept few.

Riad Naya was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! Mustapha was so welcoming from the moment I arrived; he recommended all the things to see and I felt right at home. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the location is on a safe quiet street super close to everything. Don’t overlook the terrace, I almost didn’t go up there but it’s beautiful!

The Riad is in quite central location. The place itself has a nice decor, the host was helpful and the breakfast to go, when we left for early trip, was a very nice touch.
The bathroom is private, although it is not seperated from the room with the entire wall. It was alright, as we are sure it's the part of unique Riad layout, but we did not realize it before booking it.

We loved everything about our stay at Riad Naya. The location is fab, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, the host is so helpful and friendly and welcomes you with a map and some mint tea, the breakfast is lovely and the place itself is so pretty and we loved chilling on the roof terrace after breakfast before starting our day. I would 100% recommend staying at Riad Naya
