Staff were helpful, even with limited English. Location was great!!

Location and friendly staff
Riad is beautiful but it needs renovation. The spa area was closed and the room has a shower instead of the expected bath.
Friendly and helpful staff. Daily cleaning of the room and replacement of towels but these robes are missing, although they are on the list of services provided.
Communication with the manager leaves much to be desired. Unfriendly and unprofessional communication with the manager in the messenger!
Be careful when booking! Be prepared to pay a higher amount than what is indicated on Booking. Taking into account taxes and fees we paid 50 € more than expected.
We chose a more expensive room and expected a higher level of comfort and a more friendly attitude from the Riad administration.
We will not come back again!

The location was near the old medina , they let us change the room that we reserved here on the app it was dark with a little window.
Room not so comfortable, we couldn't find water boiler for our baby, we needed to ask the security guard for access to the kitchen although he was so friendly. We stayed only 2 nights and we couldn't talk to anyone responsible to get a refund for the third night . Maybe the Riad concept was not for us ?

Cozy sweet Riad and great location
Description on booking is not correct, eg whirlpool could not be used (no water). Also, I asked for pre-check in which has been confirmed, but when I arrived room was not ready. Riad is really hidden and the taxi driver had issues finding it -would be great to mention that after confirmation and provide one with more detailed info.

Rooms set around a lovely courtyard; Quiet and able to sleep well at night; good location on the edge of the medina, with easy walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and other medina sights; comfortable large room which was almost a suite really with a lounge area; friendly staff; decent Wi-Fi and breakfast
Handing the room key in each time you go out is a bit of a pain, would have rather had a key to the room and the front door. Only a minor inconvenience though.

The space is charming, very authentic and well maintaned. The rooms are spacious.
We traveled as a famility and wanted to experience the famous Riad experience, I'd try somewhere else.
The staff can barely speek any english, only the owner, who isn't always arround. No front desk service, only by call / ring.
Arriving to the Riad is not an easy feat, small alleys with very little signage.
We travelled in December and it was extremely cold, no central heating, only small radiators. We froze when trying to take a shower.
The breakfast is quite basic and is served outside in the cold.
