Great location and fantastic staff. Hicham Baatti was incredible. He communicated great and took care of our every need.
The beds were very firm and the pillows not very comfortable. The 2nd bed was up some stairs like a ladder which were a bit difficult to manage.

It was a comfortable, quiet and beautiful oasis in the middle of the Medina. A true sanctuary. The staff were outstanding! Especially Heecham who couldn’t do enough for us!!!! The roof top patio was an unexpected bonus!!!!

We spend two nights at Riad Matham and we could have easily stayed longer. The property is gorgeous, well cared for, and so peaceful. The manager, Hicham made our stay so special. We had a car pick up and he came to meet us to take us once we reached the medina to the riad. He even carried our luggage which was so kind and above and beyond. He does a very fantastic job making sure we know our way in the neighborhood so we feel safe and confident navigating our way. Also he recommended fantastic museums in the neighborhood, which were the highlight of our visit. We opted to have dinner served at the riad the first night and it was wonderful. The ambiance is so romantic and the meal was delicious. Overall we felt so taken care of and pampered. We can't wait to return!! Thank you so much Hicham!!!

This was our favorite place to stay during our entire trip! The manager Hisham was very accommodating and helpful during our entire stay, from arranging transportation to tips on how to get around. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. The property is beautiful, from the courtyard with the chill turtles to the comfortable room and the quiet rooftop, which was a welcoming escape from the busy medina days. We are very pleased to have been hosted so well here!

Beautiful riad with a pool to dip your feet in. Staff is very friendly and generous.
More transparency around paying with card is needed. Travellers these days don’t carry loads of cash on them nor want to withdrawal often due to fees. This was both inconvenient and awkward to manage.

The manager Hisham was excellent! He was extremely professional and attentive making sure that our needs were met and that our stay was good. The gourmet level breakfast was delicious! Riad Matham served as an oasis in the middle of the beautifully chaotic Medina !

Riad Matham was fantastic. We woke up slightly after regular breakfast service one day and they happily provided it. I can't recall the name of the man who welcomed us, and checked us out but he is so attentive and amazing! Our few interactions with the rest of the staff was always warm.
The riad is near a lot of the attractions in the medina.
I recommend scheduling the transfer with the hotel. We ended up spending more on a taxi at the airport while having our worst interaction in Marrakesh with our taxi driver demanding a tip because he had to call the hotel to figure out the appropriate drop off point.
The Riad is a little confusing to get to if you are coming in later in the night. The area with all the souks closes, and you have to walk around. Having google maps really helped us navigate around the Medina

This is by far the best Riad I have ever stayed in and one of the best places EVER! The decor is simply stunning. Breakfast incredible and staff unbeatable!!! I simply cannot say enough good things about our experience. If they have availability DO NOT hesitate to book!!! From the recommendations, decor, hardworking staff, trips booked for us - EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! This place is truly a special experience and nothing is overlooked. Thank you for making everything so memorable!!!!!

Riad Matham had everything! The building was absolutely beautiful, clean, wonderful spaces to relax, and thoughtfully decorated, It provided a respite from the chaos of Marrakesh. Best of all was the staff! I cannot say enough about the property manager. He went above and beyond to assist us in setting up transfers, carrying bags, and providing touring information. He was always there to support us. We loved Riad Matham and cannot recommend it enough!

The hospitality from Hicham and the ladies are exceptional. My flight got delayed and I arrived at midnight and I had no worries because they took care of the airport transfer and late dinner, even they made a romantic table for us. They did everything from transport to laundry. Riad Matham room are spacious and bigger compared to other riads. The room was being cleaned every day and the towels and tissues renewed daily. The breakfast provided was plentiful. The riad is very beautiful, clean, comfortable and has homey feeling, they also have rooftop if you want to chill. Communication with Riad Matham team was very easy since the beginning, they were very responsive. The people there are very considerate and polite as well.
