Id give more than 10/10 if I could. My son and I had the most wonderful stay here last week. The manager could not be more helpful and accommodating. The Riad is absolutely stunning and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful.
We will without doubt come back, thank you so much for having us!

Calm and pleasant vibes throughout and tastefully decorated, we enjoyed our stay here. Isham and staff were helpful when we had questions or needed recommendations. We appreciated that there was no pressure to buy additional services. This was our first time in Marrakech so Isham's welcome and explanation of the medina was invaluable and set us up to navigate easily to and from the Riad. Additional things we loved were the rooftop views and birdsong in the courtyard.

The service. The staff is there to make everything they can to fulfill your needs and wishes. We arrived after a 10 hour trip so we requested (in advance) to have dinner at the riad. They set a table next to the fireplace (it was January) and we enjoyed a very relaxing dinner, like at home. We were living early to take our flight back home and they arranged an early breakfast for us. The service was devoted.
As in most riads, if you have the bad luck of having noise travellers during your stay, it would bother you rest.

Hichem, the manager of the property is very careful and helpful in any occasion. The location is perfect, close to main sites to see and also to highly recommanded restaurants and cafes. The rooftop and the tower are a perfect spot to chill.

The staff (Isham and Ibrahim) were incredible hosts. Not only were they super attentive during our planned stay, but they also saved our lives (literally). We were at the riad during the night of the Morocco earthquake (6.8 magnitude). Isham and Ibrahim took care of all of the terrified hotel guests, ushering us all to safety and waiting for everyone to find a taxi during the chaos. Even during this disastrous event, they kept calm. When my partner hurt his foot from falling boulders, Ibrahim helped to clean the wound, while Isham helped carry our bags and get us a taxi to the hospital amidst everything going on. We later learned that they put the hotel guests ahead of their own fears and finding their families who were also in the Marrakech medina. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us! We also fell in love with the turtle Couscous who roams the riad. We hope she is okay after the earthquake!

The Riad Matham is a little oasis in the middle of the Medina of Marrakech. As soon as you walk through the wooden door you leave the noise and the heat of the city behind and you enter a truly relaxing Riad. But what stands out the most is the kindness of the host Hicham. He takes care of your every needs and gives you helpful tips on what to do and how to get around the city. The tea and the food is absolutely amazing and we can highly recommend to do the Hammam-Massage. Our room was furnished tastefully and another highlight is the rooftop of the Riad, where you can overlook the Medina.

I stayed at the Riad Matham from Sept 1-4 and had an incredible experience. Hicham and the entire staff were so hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. The riad is beautifully decorated, and in a great location close to the Ibn Ben Youssaf and House of Photography, close to the main square/shopping, but also in a more quiet part of the Medina. The riad only has 7 or so rooms so it has a nice intimate feel to it! We enjoyed the traditional Moroccan breakfast, rooftop, and sticking our feet in the plunge pool after walking around all day.

I cant say enough good things about the manager, Hisham. He was an amazing, tireless host - did everything to make our stay wonderful. Hisham is a gem.
The riad itself is simple, comfortable and elegant. I also appreciated that it was located in a real neighborhood - not heavily touristed - but super convenient to the main sites of Marrakech. Our family just loved it.

The authenticity and traditional decoration was great as well as exceptionally clean. New towels everyday and bed made. The staff were fantastic and Ishim is easily the most accommodating and top host we have ever had the pleasure of meeting in any establishment we have stayed at globally. He couldnt do enough for us and nothing ever seemed to much for him. You are very lucky to have him and the rest of your staff as well as they were fantastic and made our stay as special as it was.

This was an exceptional place to stay in every way. We arrived by taxi to the Medina and were met by the manager of the Riad and he helped carry our bags to the accomodation. The Riad itself was absolutly beatutiful, the rooms were large, clean and impecibly decorated. On arrival we were talked through the different attractions arround the Riad and how to get there. They really could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. One of our party was unwell, the staff were so helpful and empathetic, doing all they could to facilitate us in the last hours of our stay in the Riad. There were plenty of small touches that made the stay memorable ... the view from the rooftop, the dipping pool, the proximety to the souk and the museums. Really an excellent place to stay.

Security at night time was great and he made sure you got in safely.

Raid Matham was an excellent stay! The staff was super helpful, especially Hicham. The room was nice and spacious, and the top roof offered the best view in the city. Highly recommend!
