All the people from the staff were professional, caring and helpful. Their kindness made us feel at home.
The carpets on the floor, although they are part of the experience and a traditional piece of design, are notoriously not the most hygienic object.

HOTEL TAXI: We booked the hotel airport-shuttle for 25 and the driver was almost 2 hours LATE?! WHY DO I SPEND SO MUCH MONEY ON A DRIVER IF HES SO LATE?! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THE AIRPORT-Shuttle from the hotel its 1. OVERPRICED 2. NOT RELIABLE!!! Rather book a separate shuttle from booking.com that worked GREAT! When we complained that at the reception they did not even offer us a refund, discount or something like that - VERY VERY BAD
No breakfast buffet you eat what you get. There is always a LITTLE variaty but not a big one

Excellent location - a few minutes walk to the main square, but in a quiet location. Lovely calm ambience. Very helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. We enjoyed the small pool on a hot day and the roof terrace in the evening.

The location is close to the historical landmarks and souks. The staffs are really accommodating and helpful. Cleanliness is well maintained on the entire hotel floor.
Breakfast starts 8am. Most of the activities starts at 6am so we didnt get the chance to enjoy the meal.

Very nice Riad, nicely decorated and good location. Breakfast was very good and feel very safe during our stay. Staff was extremely helpful and provided all necessary information and guidance during our stay. Wifi was very good across entire Riad on all floors.
All good, check in instruction and how to drive and go to Riad instruction can be provided bit better. We contacted them over phone and they were prompt to answer all our queries. You can't drive to Riad, but have to walk around 5 min from Badia palace area with luggage, which is normal for all Riad in old Medina area.

Manager kind and helpful as well as older gentleman on duty during night & breakfast Kind and helpful. Cleaning lady in white rather arrogant and not customer service oriented.
Entire Riad generally run down than shown on pics, needs renovating. Rooms not according to the photos against which I booked, very disappointing!Ground floor room very suffocating, couldnt open inner courtyard window due to chlorine smell from pool beside the room. Aircon with just one powerful setting ended up giving me a cold.
Morocco is a blazing hot country, why on earth would you provide thick winter bed covers & thick wool sofas?
finally managed to swap to room on first floor which was slightly better.
