Everything about this Riad was exceptional! From the warm welcome, kindness and hospitality of staff, the delicious breakfast, the interior decorations and attention to detail, the rooftop, to the kind help with booking trips, guidance on restaurants, booking of airport transport etc etc. We loved it - thank you!
the narrow street leading to the square was very crowded at certain times of day and felt slightly uncomfortable.. but then even better to return to this calm and pleasant Riad

Super location in the heart of the Medina. Friendly, helpful staff from the moment we arrived. The Riad itself is beautifully decorated. Breakfast provides a great start to each day.
The ‘pool’ is really only a plunge pool.

Absolutely everything. Emmanuelle and Liliya are masters of hospitality and were incredibly welcoming for our whole trip. From excellent recommendations in Marrakesh to arranging an excellent day trip in the atlas mountains for us they were incredible.
The breakfast every morning was amazing and we made sure to make reservations for dinner at the riad one night that was one of the best we had in the city.
We absolutely loved this oasis in Marrakesh.

Breakfast excellent. Room beautiful and located in centre of market area. Beautiful outdoor relaxation areas. Owners Manuel and Lilian were super and extremely helpful and their staff Ibrahim and Yunis were incredible.
Unfortunately no alcohol as we would really have liked to spend more time at the hotel. Nothing the owners can do about it.

Gorgeous oasis in the heart of the Medina. 5 star service by Emanuele, Lilian and their staff. Memorable experience that we will cherish ! Beautiful Riad affording every comfort ! Celebrated my birthday during my stay and they even organised some lovely surprises that made the experience even more special! Would definitely recommend ?

The most beautiful accommodation we have ever visited, with gorgeous interior, amazing food, and sustainable management, is topped off with incredible hosts and staff who go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. We would highly recommend it—especially the rooftop suite, where my mom and I stayed for a week and fell in love with it.

Such an incredible stay! The riad was extremely quiet, beautiful and peaceful, despite being nestled in the centre of the bustling historic town - we couldn't have asked for a better location. The hosts of the riad were incredibly accommodating and the breakfast exceeded our expectations by a mile. There was always someone in to greet us, even when we were back late at night - Ibrahim who works the night shift was particularly friendly and helpful and really made our stay even more memorable. Thank you everyone at Maipa for a lovely stay! :) We would thoroughly recommend to anyone staying in Marrakesh.

We had a wonderful stay at Maipa Riad and couldn't have made a better choice.
Right in the heart of the Medina, it's close to everything. We loved the breakfast, the traditional Moroccan dinner, the terrace with sun loungers and warm jacuzzi, the traditional style found throughout the riad, the spacious room and the room facilities, the large shower, even the Moroccon toiletries offered showed incredible attention to details.
But most of all, we appreciated the hospitality of the hosts and the friendliness of the staff in general. We were offered useful tips and information that really improved our trip.

Beautifully restored riad. Attentive, friendly, considerate proprietors and staff with good local knowledge and who genuinely wanted you to be pleased. Peaceful and calm environment. Roof top terrace and jacuzzi. Attention to detail and quality.
The breakfast and dinners were very good, fresh and plentiful.
The room felt very Moroccan and was very comfortable, clean and spacious.
Location; central Medina and great for exploring that area. Easy access to main square and taxis and the hotel provided an excellent pickup and return service between the airport and the riad.
We found the main access street particularly busy to negotiate, but typical of the Medina.

We had a lovely stay at Maipa Boutique. Both Lillya ano Emmanuel were very kind, accommodating and helpful for our whole stay, in their beautiful Riad. It's in a great location to explore the old town and everything that we wanted to do/ see was in walking distance. The breakfast provided was fantastic- pastries/daily egg dish/fruit/fresh juices etc and they even sorted a small birthday dish for my boyfriend. We would definitely stay again and would recommend!

The location was perfect, central but quiet. The room was larger than expected and extremely comfortable. we had a wonderful reception on arrival with tea and cakes. A full tour of the riad and its history. The bathroom was spacious and came with exquisite soaps, creams etc. The bed was delicious, plenty of pillows, great linen and a firm mattress. Kettle in room and milk supplied if asked for. Nothing was missed!

Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated. Owners / hosts are kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. They offer a private dinner service with excellence.
Rooms are a bit dark, more sunlight would be appreciated - characteristic of riads in general. In Morocco the beds are not as soft as in Europe.

The owners were so helpful, and put so much thought into the decor, food and experience. It was so quiet and peaceful in the Riad despite being in the heart of the old town.

We discovered the Miapa Riad via friends who had stayed there and had a great experience. Lilya and Emanuele run the most wonderful place. A wonderful warm welcome from both of them and all the staff. It was our first time in Morocco and such an authentic experience. The fantastic breakfast every morning set us up for the day. Our room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable and the general areas are lovely. (January was a bit too early for the pool !). The team are so knowledgable and helpful about the city and no request was ever an issue. The riad is very close to the main square which is the heart of the old city and we used the it as our reference point for every activity and trip etc. Despite the fact that the riad is on a very quiet side street, we always felt secure and never had any worries. Highly recommended and especially for the warmth of the team there.
