Exceptional
Excellent location - we felt very safe even though the street/area was VERY busy. Easy to walk to everything. Omelets were excellent.
Bed was hard - had to get a topper. No coffee pot. Little refrigerator was on but not cold. Toilet banged very loudly when you stand up.

Excellent location, could not ask for better. Room was a little tight. No privacy in bathroom with see through door. Breakfast was ok.
Very confusing with elevators and stairs. Great entrance but poor flooring on room level. Needs upgrading.

Wonderful
The location of the riad is great, being right next to the markets. The breakfast was very good with the breakfast staff fantastic. The staff at the front desk, Kiki inparticular, were helpful and knowledgeable, The restaraunt was excellent.
We had no complaints at all. We knew what we were getting when we booked and that the accommodation was a taste of Marrakesh. It was a noisy place, but this was part of the culture of our location.

The staff and especially Kiki were very friendly and kind. We reached Mabrouk (4 adults and 1 child) after an unpleasant situation from another Riad and immediately they tried to assist us to the best way of possible exploring choices and alternatives. The rooms were absolutely funtastic and the location is just awesome. Right next to the main square. Ideal for families.

Amazing staff. Meryem and Lmadani were very helpful at the front desk. Provided great advice, and accommodating to special requests during our stay.
The property is very centrally located, clean, and secure.

The Riad was a 1 minute walk to the main road (rue el Mouahidine) that separates the new town from the old town. In the other direction, it is a 2 minute walk to the Jemma el-Fnaa. A perfect location for exploring the old town. While vehicles cant get into the old town (cant drive those streets), early morning excursion pickups happen in Jemma el-Fnaa. If you need to get dropped off, there is a taxi stop at the end of the road that Mabrouka is on.

Very central and hotel/riad tastefully furnished including room with great eating/ bar facilities, great views onto the city.
Some parts still under construction but should great when finished. Food and drinks fairly expensive.. The food could be more wholesome for the price.

Good location to the market, clean and restaurant on top of the building.
Could not operate the TV, the safe was not bolted down. It was difficult to locate the room due to the old design.

The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. I was very well taken care of. A special shout out to Chaima who made sure my stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. All in all I couldn’t have made a better choice of accommodation in Marrakech all thanks to the staff at the reception, bar and restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone for a great holiday in Marrakech.

The new part of the hotel was really nice and clean.
The restaurant had amazing food and entertainment was amazing.
Khadija the breakfast manager was very welcoming with a great smile and very attentive. Checking our food was satisfactory and always came over to top up our drinks.
Breakfast could have had cereal as an option, which we mentioned and they were looking into adding to the menu.
Possibly more seasonql fruit options as only orange was on the buffet table
