It was within walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helped us book a private tour for one of our evenings in town, and also helped get some of our clothes washed and pressed.
Breakfast was quite basic, but I suppose that’s quite common in Morroco; a variety of crepes, jams, and juice.

What I "love" with the property! That's the right question. I "love" everything. The hospitality and service. They treat you as frnds or family here. They are just making sure you're safe. Riad's really quiet. And out from the buzzzzz area. But it's amazing because it's just too close from everything! Might as well try the Kopakabana restaurant nearby for your chill night or foodie night! It's way too amazing! Thank you so much to Rachid and Murtadha for welcoming us and taking care of us throughout the stay. and Mustafa for driving us everywhere! Hakim for being SO responsive too!! Made us feel great during our frst 3days!!

Upon entry I was greeted with Tea. They were kind and gave me a map of the Medina and answered any questions I had

Everything! The room, the terrace, the courtyard, the pool, the breakfast, the location, the value, the people. We were extremely appreciative of the late-night pick-up and warm reception. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Very clean, the place is spacious inside, not that hard to find as it is at the end of the little alley
We were guided to park quite far, but there are nearer and probably cheaper places to park your car
Everything was nice, yet the last morning, we were told that we wouldn’t make it to breakfast at around 7:30, yet we set off and check out around 7:45, other guests were already having their breakfast, really disappointing at that moment, but maybe it was just for us, we don’t look like demanding kinda of people

The riad looks realy nice and has a nice terrace too. The location is in a quite area within 15 mins walk from Jemaa el Fna square. The breakfast was good and suficient. The cleaning was made daily and the staff there is very friendly.
The room was small and did not have natural light. The riad has upper rooms which did have windows with natural light, so if you care about this aspect, try to book a room accordingly. The shower was also small, no more than 1m square.

Delicous breakfast, refreshing pool, convenient location, and most important an amazing team that supported us with everything we needed.
The regular double rooms are really small, almost no space to leave a suitcase.

Murad and his staff made us feel most welcome.They assisted us in every way and were always pleasant and polite. Riad Louaya is a charming old world building with beautiful ambience and historic decor throughout. Superb!!

we stay 7 nights, our first time in Marrakesh, location of riad is good, you can walk to almost every attraction and eateary, and the riad is in a relatively safe and quiet part of old town,
you can book taxi, tour and meal from reception, which is helpful
we have chicken tajine and it is very tasty,
breadfast is included and is served hot and suffucient
the host is kind hearted and helpful
the room is small, plain and with limited amenties,
the information on booking.com is misleading in this regards

Property was clean, well maintained. Tastefuly decorated. Warm homely feeling. Excellent friendly staff. Especially Rashid very polite and helpful young man.
If there is a negative that was the bathroom was quite small however it was useable and did not cause any real issues.

Perfect location. A little tricky to find but once we did it was excellent. The common areas are all comfortable and the staff are lovely. We took advantage of the rooftop patio to rest and relax in the evening
