the staff were so accommodative and the hospitality was exceptional. Usama was great and very kind! Rooms were clean and comfortable and lovely rooftop. the breakfast was also delicious

such a quiet place - perfect quiet terrace with a pool which is ideal after a day in the busy medina the staff went above and beyond, they were all such lovely people the rooms were very clean and cleaned daily the location was great too - close enough to many great restaurants and attractions without being in the middle of the overwhelmingly busy square
the breakfast could have a bit more savoury options the outside of the riad could feel a bit unsafe at times with its narrow blind roads

The staff is very friendly and helpful!! The location is great, really nice neighborhood. The room was comfy and the terrace is gorgeous. We are really happy with our stay and will definitely come back!!
We also recommend booking private tour with camels and waterfall with this Riad! Had a great experience and its a good price!

Nice Riad, with freshly renovated rooms of a good size. Swimming pool is not as big but enough for a couple of people to dip in. Outside showers too.
Was really hard to find due to now signs where too on the building.

Riad
Stunning traditional house, spotlessly clean with very helpful and friendly staff. There are only 5 guest rooms so there is a real sense of a family feel. It was very quiet and peaceful despite being located close to the busy streets and local attractions.
Room
Our room and en suite bathroom was beautifully decorated and cleaned daily. We were located in "Nejma" ( blue room) which is the only room located on the 2nd floor with direct access to the roof terrace and small pool. We felt like we had our very own private outside space! The roof terrace was never busy.
Facilities/food
Breakfast was served in the central courtyard and was ample with lots of choice. There is an option to order dinner (order before 11am) and snacks/sandwiches/drinks can be ordered throughout the day. The food was always fresh, tasty and well presented.
WiFi is available throughout but signal strength was not always good in our room.
There is also a spa area in the cellar.
Staff
The staff were absolutely amazing and really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always eager to help and advise on places to visit.
There wasn't anything to dislike.
Our only suggestion for improvements are maybe coffee making facilities and a small fridge in the room

Loved our stay here. We arrived much earlier than our time to check in and we were greeted with tea and cake. We felt right at home from the start. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The cleaner went above and beyond, I would even say its probably the best cleaner weve ever had. The location was perfect for our stay. All the staff were super friendly and nothing was too much for them. I definitely plan to visit this gem again in the near future!
Some minor improvements that could be made would be a mini fridge in the room and tiling of the pool.
