The Riad itself is charming! staying inside the Riad was a bliss. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The location is a bit far from the center, located in a residential area.

Location, breakfast was good, the room was good.
Staff was friendly but didn't speak English.
My boyfriend fell at the riad pool entry and injured his head, the pool floor (mainly the stairs) is very slippery.
We booked a massage with the hotel and we needed a transport to get there. At the time we needed it, there was nobody at the reception and no transportation and we missed our massage.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The ryad was clean, and nice. It was far away from the Medina and the taxis add up.

This Riad is exceptional! I stayed in two different rooms, and I loved how each one had its own unique charm and name. The decoration was absolutely beautiful.
The staff was amazing! I appreciated how each of them knew me by name, asked about my day, and offered thoughtful suggestions for things to do. Soad, Tarek, and Bahija were incredibly kind. These are memories I will cherish forever.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathrooms in one of the rooms I stayed in had no ventilation. However, I believe this is because the room doesn’t have access to the outside, so ventilation might not be possible.

Tariq was an amazing host! And the pictures don’t really do justice to how beautiful the Riad actually is. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with shops close by and a certain excellent restaurant recommended by Tariq.

Everything.
Staff was amazing, rooms are cleaned and insanely comfortable, breakfast is perfect.
We saw a few good reviews about their food and we booked dinner to check. Their dinner was ready on time and insanely tasty. Totally recommend this place.

Inner stairs spiral small. Good for younger people,but there is an elevator.y ain't wouldn't be able to handle it.

The staff were very worry about our stay.
Wifi, in some cases I was complicated taking meetings because the wifi was with intermitence (in general works well).
