The Riad is perfectly located by being literally a stones throw away from Djemaa El Fna. Despite the vivid outside, the Riad is quiet and gives you all the comfort needed for relaxing after a day wandering through the exciting city of Marrakech. Both the lady of the house and Mohammed make you feel welcomed from the very first second. The Riad is furnished with a great sense of style and the rooms are very well equipped.

Very friendly staff! Stored luggage all day and even let us have one last swim before checkout.

My room was really pretty and the bed was comfy. Good light for reading. The big square is nearby so I could hear all the sounds and even watch the hullabaloo from the rooftop.

Helpful and friendly staff. Next to the Jamaa al Fna square, great view from the terrace. Beautiful and clean room with nice decorative items.
The room was a bit small. Being next to the square, prices were a little higher. If you walk a little further you can find better prices, mostly in quiet neighbourhoods

Disappointing
The location was nice and the room was spacious. Had a nice terrace and authentic Riad style. The lady offered us tea and welcomed us.
The lady let us leave our suitcases before we had to leave to other place.
1. On the listing it said that it has Wi-Fi in every room, though we didnt have it at all. For us it was important as we work online and relied on the information provided in the offer.
2. No solutions were offered to this problem. First, we were told by Mohammed that he called people to check it. Then the day after we asked the lady, who works in the hotel, said that its a problem everywhere, though it wasnt true. Mohammed kept ignoring the issue.
3. the stuff. it looked quite unprofessional when Mohammed was chilling on the couch and watching YouTube/football when his assistance was needed by other members. It looked like he doesnt care and would rather continue his activities.
4. The breakfast was rather simple, in comparison what we were offered before.
5. No one spoke proper French and English.
6. the environment, overall, wasnt very welcoming.

I love how close it is to everything! I booked at the last minute, and the staff was very accommodating regarding the situation. The room itself was beautiful and very comfortable. I only stayed for one night, but it was a good experience overall. When I asked about massage/hammam, Mohamed was kind enough to take me there so I didnt get lost since it was later in the day. He also spoke a surprising amount of English, whereas I had the opportunity to practice my French more with some of the other staff members.
I booked online and because I didnt have Euros to pay in person, I had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash. Since ATMs dont give small bills, I wasnt able to tip until the next day, which I think was a faux pas. One of the staff members was much friendlier when I tipped on my way out the next day, but until then, I dont think she liked me very much. Everyone else I met was super friendly though. Breakfast was good but not what Id expect for what I paid for the room, just bread and pastries. I had a better breakfast experience at a couple of places where I paid half the price (in other cities) where the rooms were not as nice.

Location was excellent, staff was friendly and helpfull. They arranged everything we hoped. Breakfast was a bit plain and too sugarish for us because dont usually eat sweet in the morning. Square was just nearby. Late night you heard music and noise there, so earplugs were good if you wanna go to bed before midnight. Really nice place to stay, could book it for next time also

Location was good, very close to the main square. Staff tried to be kind and friendly.
Breakfast was poor, we didn' t have many options, just 2 small local kind of pies (like pancakes) with marmelade, orange juice, yoghurt and of course tea or coffee. As concerned the cleaness, room seemed decent in the beginning but after a while a bad smell was coming from the sewer system which staff was tried to hide by using room freshener upon our arrival. The worst thing was that out bed was full of BED BUGS!!!!!!! When we realised we told the staff and they simply gave us another room (the one which was more expensive than ours), but it was too late because we had bite marks in several spots of our body. Apparently they knew about this problem (they told me that upper rooms are problematic) and they simply did nothing before giving the room to us.

Disappointing
I like the staff very helpful and friendly oh gosh zainab will do any things to make you feel at home she was the best really I will always remember her.
Location and room noice from outside the street, really night time not feeling safe walking back to the hotel.
