Our room on the terrace. The riad is incredibly done. Love the individual decor of each room.
The hamman was a bit of a letdown. Not very warm and my lady didn't seem to want to spend any time scrubbing or washing me. But my husband had a good experience getting a massage with the smaller woman work8ng there.

Lovely calm cool haven in an amazing location within the medina. Beautiful decor and features and it smells amazing- not sure if this was the plants growing, rose petals scattered around or nice soaps but it felt like luxury to us! Nice welcome and service from the staff. Family room (2 adjoining rooms with a bathroom between) was perfect for us ( 2 boys under 10).
We liked everything! It wasn't hard to find from the taxi drop point but could have done with a big sign on the door that said 'Riad' !

The staff are fantastic, really helpful with maps, restaurant recommendations and advice on not overpaying for taxis etc. They speak several languages. They arranged airport transfers and couldn't do enough for my 79 year old mother, including escorting her to breakfast each morning as there were a lot of stairs and getting her a new watch strap while we were out during the day. On site massage provided a service at short notice. Breakfast was varied and filling & there are lots of lovely outdoor seating areas to escape the bustle of the medina. Convenient location for Ben Youssef Medersa and Berber Museum, Jardin Majorelle and Jardin Secret.
Nothing it was great.

This Riad is a beautiful place to stay, its like stepping back in time. Everything about it is stunning, the pool at its centre, the view from the rooftop, the beautiful bedroom. It is also home to a few cats which make good company

The location is great, the staff are all nice and helpful, the riad has a beautiful atmosphere to it, very serene, spotlessly clean and charmingly authentic. Complimentary airport pick up was much appreciated. The Moroccan breakfast was free and prepared fresh each morning with care. Overall I think its a very good value stay.
Some little things could use some love and maintenance, the water in the shower could go cold all of a sudden if adjacent room flushed for instance, the shower head holder was broken so shower head couldnt stay straight. Obviously the pool is tiny, so not really usable, but lovely as a decoration. The breakfast was ok, just for me personally lacked the savory options and the protein, it was very much bread and sugar, overall.

What a beautiful little find this Riad is. Its in the heart of all the hustle and bustle but equally tucked away and secluded
We loved the character of the Riad, with all its levels and different areas to sit.
Breakfast on the roof top is divine as was sharing a glass of wine on an evening.
The staff are so accommodating and gracious, making us feel at home immediately
Nothing, if I had to be super critical the beds were a bit hard but Im used to a memory foam mattress

Very well located. Superb terrace. lovely room. Nice breakfast. Beautiful building . The housekeeper / host on the 1st day was very helpful and friendly. Bashir the housekeeper was also extremely helpful and helped organise our train and bus tickets.
The housekeeper/ helper on the 2nd night and day was extremely rude. Felt as though he was doing us a big favor every time a question was asked. Spoke to us in a very disrespectful way with his hands in his pockets. He seemed annoyed when we asked if dinner could be arranged. Not sure if this was because it was Ramadan but his behavior was very inappropriate. He was irritated even when my son spoke to him. Other staff very superb though.

Good location, it is busy outside but an oasis of calm inside the walls of the riad. It is beautify presented and clean.
Some staff were a bit surly but generally very accommodating. It is a bit of a maze to get to your room but this add to the charm of the property. It was described as having a pool but in reality it is a nice pond.

It was a extremely reasonable priced Riad. We just wanted somewhere in the Medina for a cheap break. The room was spacious and was lovely and cool, there was also ample seating areas around the Riad to relax out of the heat. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace and set you up for the day. It was also a dream to have a massage on the premises. I would go back again!

Amazing place! I would not stay anywhere else in the Medina. Super friendly staff that made us feel really welcome. This is a stunning place that instantly makes you feel really relaxed and looked after. The location is great for the Souks and market square etc.
We stayed at the top with a speaker from the mosque very close, so the prayers that starts around 4 every morning woke us up every night several times. It is loud! not even ear plugs will keep you asleep. Nothing that the Riad can do about that obviosuly, but worth knowing before,

Very friendly and professional staff. Nice and pretty quiet location to hide from the busy Marrakech souks. Next time we come to Marrakech we will definitely come back and possibly stay more than only 1 night. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff, the service, the room, it was all wonderful. We stayed in Marrakesh for 4 days, and the Riad was situtated right in the Medina, so it was great to explore, but very nearby to escape when the heat, noise or dust gets a bit overwhelming. The complimentary airport transfer to the hotel was really very thoughtful, we would not not managed to get to the place all by ourself. The staff gave us really good recommendations on what to do and see, and also helped us out with getting a local sim with data, which was very useful to explore the city.

We loved our stay at Riad Le Coq Berbere. The Riad is beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location just a short 1 minute walk from where the taxi was able to leave us. Bedrooms have comfortable beds, pillows, and shits. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and was delicious. All staff members were very helpful and we were allowed to use all common parts of the Riad after we checked out. We wished we could have stayed more than one night.
