Disappointing
Owner was very friendly & location was right in the centre old city. owner made us dinner even at 11:30 pm at night bless her.
room was very complicated & not very cleaned. we booked for 4 nights & 3 days. we didnt expect uncomfortable bedrooms so requested a refund after one night stay but owner refused it. Dust underneath the bed, stain pillow. its was no worth the cost & definitely need a update in room. we had to climb a stair to go to bed which was not mentioned while booking.

Disappointing
One small pool and too small for one person. Location- impossible to find. Location on the map is wrong and dont help you at all. Only change is to use local boys to guide you to riad. Sure, they ask a nice amount for that. That facility has no spa. Owner will lead you to the local hammam where you will be charged much more then normal. In bathroom, water is not going away (both sink and shower). Bed is made from wood and is hard as wood. Locking doors is complicated. All facility needs a big cleaning day.

Riad is right in the Medina, walking distance to Center. The owner was very accommodating, she lets us check out until it was time for us to leave for the Airport.

The price was right for a last-minute stay in Marrakech. However annoying it was that the receptionist was smoking while checking me in, he really went out of his way to accommodate all my needs. He not only walked me to the ATM and taxi in the morning, he also went out of his way to print my boarding pass for me.
The Riad is located in a very small, dark alleyway that was very hard to find. The downstairs reception area was messy and filled with a lot of junk. Reception area was an old sofa and coffee table littered with trash and cigarette butts.

Hart to find the hotel entrance. (a gentle advise)
(A tip from us to the owner maybe put a signe at the door or wall to indicate the hotel for futures guests. it makes it more easy to find it maybe without the help of locals.)

Wonderful
The room was quiet and comfortable, the shower worked very well. The breakfast was delicious, and it was nice to enjoy it on the terrace. Perfect location, and very attentive, polite owner and staff.

Hosts are amazing! Very hospitable and welcoming. Its hard to find with the alleys but I believe thats most of the places there because of the way their streets are set up. The dinner is delicious and you can pick for a selection and its home made by the owner. We had an issue with our card being used in Africa and she was very patient and open to all solutions without experiencing any frustrations. Great suggestions for tours and other offers.
