I like the location cause it was not too far from the downtown area.
The bathroom sink and the shower overflow with water, I guess the drainage system wasn’t the best. The breakfast was always the same think, with no protein options.

The daughter was helpfull, but the place was not as the description at all, so what could she do..?
The pancakes for breakfast was good.
It was not noisy outside in nighttime.
It was not any pick-up service from the riad at the airport. I had to fix a taxi myself when I arrived. The Riad is situated in a bad/poor area. The doors to the entrance and the room was difficult to open. (Look at the pictures, you can see it is taped at the outside door... ) Not normal key for the inside door.. Very smaal area for handwash. The inside area and the room was very dark, no light from outside. Had to ask for toaletpaper every day. Smal breakfast at the topfloor with bad viuws to a big tent and washing- clothes. They took only cash payment, not any kind of card. . I had booked for 3 days and could not change. The pictures showed at Booking.com is not like it realy is here. This was wasting my time and bad value for money. My room was like a prison, very dark, no light from outside, the one of 2 lamps in the bathroom didn't work. Booking.com have to refund me money for this stay. The info. I got was not correct!!

Absolutely amazing! The family was adorable, super kind and friendly, they even prepared an early breakfast for us on our last day. It was a pleasure to stay with them ❤️.
The location was perfect, close enough to the main attractions but without the chaos. We arrived late and the neighbours were super friendly and helped us to find the raid
We definitely recommend the Riad and hope to visit them again in the future ❤️

+ a nicely designed family hotel
+ nice roof terrace, where breakfast is served
+ the hotel manager is super nice and helpful
+ great breakfast with homemade bread
- Young men hang out in the neighborhoods outside and try to get money to guide. They even tricked us by saying that a street we were supposed to walk was closed due to Muslim traditions in order to guide us on a detour. Unpleasant!!!
- The place is a bit off the beaten track so there is only one more decent restaurant (it's Moroccan Italian) within 10 minutes walking distance. Otherwise mostly street food. In the evenings it feels a bit deserted and not super safe around the hotel.
- The internet worked poorly in our room.

We liked absolutely EVERYTHING about our stay at the Riad La famille! Starting with the ART of welcoming people ? Madam Nadia is a beautiful soul, she made us feel home and included to the house feels, we were communicating a lot and she was very kindly helping us booking our guide/bus/taxi tours in such easy way. The room was very comfortable and clean, the Riad terrasse was lovely for night & day dreaming, the breakfast was yummy & the service from the staff girl Halima was so delicate and caring. The maintaining of our room was constant so each time we opened our door we were filled with lovely smells of a clean house. We also loved the area so much. It really felt being immersed in Marrakech’s Medina & culture. Thank you Madam Nadia , thank you Halima, thanks to all the members of the family we meet for making us feeling at home and a part of your life for that beautiful trip. We left with a heavy heart because it was filled with happiness and beauty. We will come back for sure ! Merci du fond du cœur. Vraiment! ???
There’s nothing that we did not like ! At the contrary, we are really grateful of our stay at Riad La famille and we are going to come back sooner than later :)

We appreciated very much that the ladies were accommodating with the time for breakfast, as we had to eat it early, before some of our excursions.
The excursions meeting point is literally 2 minuets walking and the Plaza approx. 12 minutes. It is not a boring walk though, because you walk through the souks on the way to the main plaza.

Nadia was a great host. She was always ready to help and she even offered a stroller for our baby so we can walk around the souks. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood not very far from the main square Jemaa El Fna.

The place is a hidden jewel. From outside it looks like any other building in the neighbourhood. But inside its very sweet and calm, the owner and her daughter are amazing and very friendly hosts. All the riad is immaculately tidy, the breakfasts are generous and the room serviced everyday.
I would not charge anything about this riad
