A tranquil idyll to escape from the bustle of the citys medina. Spotlessly clean, incredibly welcoming staff, opulent Moroccan decor, delicious food and an incredibly comfortable bed.
Cant fault it. Wouldnt change a thing.

The hotel is a paradise in the Medina old town! So calm, quiet and beautiful place! We loved our stay a lot. Hammam and massage were very good!

Literally everything about this hotel is perfect: The rooms are quite spacious, beautifully designed with lots of attention to detail and very well equipped. The hotel has several beautiful places to relax, such as courtyards with small fountains and water basins and a large roof top. Due to the size of the hotel and the considerably small number of rooms (not more than 20) you hardly meet other guests and you sometimes have the feeling just for yourself. The staff is very attentive and fullfilled all our wishes in a blink of an eye.

Communication with Riad Kniza was excellent before we arrived and on arrival we were welcomed with mint tea and a guided tour of the riad. Service was impeccable throughout our stay. Breakfast including home made bread and fresh orange juice on the roof top terrace was a great start to the day. My massage with Najat was 5 * and having a traditional meal accompanied by talented traditional musicians was a fab end to the day.
Our room was spacious with a seating area and well designed bathroom.The bed was super comfy.

This was our second stay in the property, after taking a few days to travel to the Sahara. We came back and experienced wonderful service once again, with staff members carrying our bags, and being the ultimate accommodating hosts.

The service was exceptional! We appreciated everyone from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, and the food and beverages we enjoyed. Not to mention, the reminders for any plans/excursions we had booked and the morning coffee/tea.

Rooms were nice and clean.
Toilet paper was not enough you had to ask to get more. Adapter should be Avilable to use for different voltage. Breakfast could be a buffer format from certain time to certain time just to come and eat go rather than how its now . Just a recommendation!

Wonderful staff who welcomed us like part of the family. The facilities were fabulous all set within a historic building with Beautiful architecture and decor. We had a delightful stay and the meal on the last night was one of the best. Highly recommended.

Large, clean room with nice bathroom. Large, beautiful rooftop with great views of the medina. Good location in the medina, but better locations exist. Staff was very welcoming and nice. The riad was beautiful.
Room was very dark, even with all of the windows open. Spent about 45 minutes on the rooftop with riad staff walking past me 10+ times and they never asked if I wanted anything. Would have loved a cup of tea. (Note - this is a Riad, so there's not a bar or restaurant you can go to if you want something)
