I highly recommend this riad. Great location. The riad was very clean. Rest is guaranteed because it was very quiet. This riad offers a wide variety of entertainment for tourists, as well as very tasty food prepared by professionals. The Receptionist was very nice, gave a lot of good information on how to behave when going out in the city. Thank you

location is great for the main hub in the market and some fab restaurants nearby. breakfast had a great omelette paintwork smell staff were friendly low key and relaxed place
nothing like the lead photo, it is really scruffy. there is a tramp outside who bothers you each time you walk out.

I think we were unlucky having a downstairs room so this affected our stay. But it was loud and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Really love the fact that this is a proper riad, it made us really feel to be in Morocco and be amongst the local but still close to the Square, restaurants and pick up points for trips. Ayoub, our host, has really made sure we are looked after and made our first trip to Marakkech enjoyable even though our trips were booked with Booking.com. The picture of the riad is a true reflection of how it really looks like, and would love to stay there again in the future. You can also avail their 3 course meal for 17 each, and its worth it!
It comes with daily breakfast but due to some circumstances, we only had one proper one even though supposedly, we are promised to have a small equivalent at least. Bit disappointed. We also booked for Hammam package but due to communication issue, the treatment got staggered instead. Construction was being done next door, bit noisy but only happened in the day.

Beautiful riad in a great location. Great terrace with view over Marrakech, and delicious breakfast. But the best thing about Riad Kenzo was the warm welcome and the hospitality provided by the staff, in particular Ayoub and Jaber. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Riad, great breakfast, welcoming hosts.
Pool is mostly for decoration - did check with hosts and they said swimming was always allowed but it was located in the centre of the dinning area so didnt feel right

We really enjoyed our time here.
Great location near to everything in a walk.
Breakfast is very good.
The Riad is very pretty, you can go to the rooftop to catch some sun!
We loved it!
And the staff is all amazing from the guys in the receptionist to the cleaning ladies. Ayoub at the reception was very nice with us, helping with everything we needed.
I would definitely come back!

Riad is very nice and friendly. Also children friendly and the staff is helpful.
The bath was not clean- there was hair from the previous guest inside the bath tub, so I spent there only 3 minutes under the shower. Also we had to pay extra tax for the stay, which was okey, but they took money and told that another person will come and give us the money change. This person didnt come on time (was late by 30 minutes) and we had to go to the bus station. I didnt like it all it was a small Amount but I prefer when ppl respect the money of others.

the interior design and the terrace
the staff were friendly and wanted to please the guests. however it felt kinda lack of professionalism. they left my invoice with my personal details on the main food table where everyone can sit and see it. I found it by coincidence passing by. there are only three tables so I was requested by a staff while I was having my breakfast to finish quickly and get up so other guests get to take my table. the cleaning wasnt optimal so I found other people hair on my pillow.

Staff were very welcoming and gave an incredible helping hand to all the sights to see and things to do in Morocco. The riad is beautiful with amazing colourful tiles, cushions, etc the skylight and evening lighting around the place is a beautiful accompaniment to it all. Breakfast every morning was phenomenal and couldnt be faulted. More than enough food to be full and quick service always. Finding beer in Morocco isnt easy so being able to have a beer in the riad for 3 euro was a welcome surprise. Lovely rooftop with sun loungers to relax on. Rooms were also really nicely decorated. 24 hour front desk with helpful staff to arrange airport transfers. Also, very safe with the front door being locked and managed through morning and night. Safe in room to lock belongings was nice. Riad is right in the middle of the town so easy to get about. No busses or taxis needed for anywhere in our stay.
Lighting in the room was very pretty but sometimes was a little dark when trying to be more practical Some parts of the room were a little dusty. Shower was cold a lot of the time, took a while to heat up and felt like hot water ran out a little quick. Breakfast on some days was less food than others.

The staff was really friendly and took care of us. They helped us with everything and were really talkative.
