The hotel manager, Hajiba’s leadership and hospitality is best in the entire world that I have ever witnessed in my life. There were some minor issues in hotel room that most people would not care about but I requested her to get those issues fixed and she took care of them the same day. She called the contractors to make everything perfect for me. Everyday, I received a basket of fruit in my hotel room, and anything I requested she provided from the kitchen. The dinner was so wonderful that taste and quality was far better than one can find in restaurants outside. For breakfast anything I requested they provided. When I go back to Marrakech, this is the place where I am staying again. I tried multiple riads but this has been the best of the best. Location is perfect that taxis are steps away vs hotels in Jema el-fina where you have to walk almost a mile to catch a taxi. Super convenient location and so many attractions nearby. Room bed was so comfortable that it was like a 5 star stay. Thanks to Hajiba for her hospitality. it truly felt like a family there. Thank you

The riad is very tranquil. It’s a beautiful historic space, meticulously maintained. Our room was spacious, with simple, elegant architectural details, and delightfully high ceilings. The dining/sitting area around the pool is lovely, filled with birdsong. It was a treat to get up and have breakfast there. The roof deck is also amazing! A real oasis after a busy day out in the Medina. The staff are so friendly and helpful. And the Hammam/massage service was a great way to de stress. We had a wonderful four night stay. Highly recommend!

This riad was exceptional, I loved my two nights here. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, and having spent the previous week travelling around Morocco, it was a peaceful haven to relax and chill out. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious (had brekkie and dinner), and there were so many common areas to enjoy, for example the patio around the pool, the little reading room and the rooftop terrace. The customer service was second to none. I also used the spa, which was 10/10. I couldn't recommend Riad Kasbah highly enough.

The staff was helpful in any way, the room was clean and comfortable, and the road felt like an oasis in the middle of the craziness and fun Marrakech has to offer. Also, the location of the Riad could not be more convenient.

This riad is very beautiful and located at the edge of the Medina, close to the Saadian Tombs and Bab Agnaou. It is a short walk from Jeema el Fna, Kotubiyya Mosque, the souks and the luxury hotel La Mamounia. These sites are unmissable. The staff are extremely friendly, particularly Gilbert, Mehdi and Hadiya. The breakfast was simple but delicious and consisted of bread, omelette, flaky Moroccan pancake (msemen), cakes, butter, jams, fruits, home made yogurt, fresh orange juice and coffee/milk. In keeping with the riad, the roons are rather rustic but confortable.
Although the batharoom is functional, it is too dark.

The RIAD was absolutely fantastic in every aspect. The room was big and very comfortable, food especially the breakfast great, the spa is a must! The RIAD is an oasis of calm and beauty in a brilliant but busy city.
As for the staff, everyone one of them was exceptional. They all go above and beyond in every aspect of your stay.
Everything was fab. Nothing not to like.

The Riad was so so beautiful, nothing like I’ve ever seen before!
Staff were very attentive
Breakfast tasted delicious however I do wish there was slightly more variety
Rooms very very clean and comfortable
Would definitely stay here again
Water pipes burst during the night which woke us up and gave us a fright! It also meant we had no hot water on our last day however staff accommodated by giving us an alternative shower with a bucket.

The staff is exceptional and will do everything to make your stay fit your needs. I have rarely seen such a nice sense of service and pleasing. The fact is they are very flexible and you end up feeling your are at home.
The riad is also well located, close to a gate to quickly get out of the Medina, will being 10mn walk for Jemaa el-Fnaa place.

Stunning architecture and interior. A feast for the senses for the first time Traveller to Morocco. Exceptionally friendly staff. Very helpful also with organizing day trip. Beautiful dinner.
