Fantastic stay at this beautiful and well located Riad. It is an elegant oasis of calm in the heart of the busy Medina. Our room was perfect and the private roof garden wonderful. The staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. They really looked after us and are an absolute credit to the hotel. We will definitely be back, thank you.

The Riad is beautiful, very well located and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this place. If we come back to Marrakesh for sure we will stay here again!

The location and cleanness is good. I was happy to get water for free.
We couldnt use our mobile phone comfortably because of Wi-Fi. And it was too cold to enjoy pool. And the pools are different with our expectations. More smaller and not clean.

Beautiful riad with friendly staff and good food. Our room was huge with an enormous, comfortable four poster bed, double sinks, walk in shower and great storage to unpack.
Location was fantastic, being in the medina but at the edge so that it really is quiet when inside the riad.
Dinner and breakfast are very good.
Roof terrace with sunbeds for sunbathing.
Everything was spotlessly clean.

The staff, especially those involved with serving breakfast and dinner, were absolutely fantastic, with a special mention of the tall, skinny Mohammad, who was lovely. Also, the staff in the spa were wonderful. My husband and I had a wonderful hammam and massage right in the privacy of the riad, and I highly recommend it. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it.
There was some confusion over where the robes for our hammam would be found, but someone eventually got some for us. It wasn't a big problem.

Everything: location, the Riad, our room, the staff, the Hamman and massage experience. Highly recommend Riad Karnela. The location in the Medina is excellent. Our room had a beautiful terrace with incredible views of Marrakech. The staff went the extra mile. It was my birthday and my sister contacted them by email requesting a surprise for me and the whole team were exceptional, they made my day very special. We enjoyed their Hamman and 1h massage, definitely a great experience.
