The place is spotlessly clean and beautiful. The staff are outstanding: helpful, friendly, attentive. Rooms are large and well appointed, with excellent AC. This riad was the best part of my trip.
It’s located down a winding alley. Makes it a bit mysterious.

We loved everything about Riad Joyas. All the details, the magnificent room, and the incredibly attentive staff. The terrace was very peaceful, and we were truly delighted with our stay. We are simply grateful that our short visit turned out to be unforgettable.

A smooth transfer from the airport to this gem of a road in busy Marrakech. Despite being in the heart of the excitement, it’s incredibly quiet, peaceful and a restful hotel. It’s an inspiring stay with its beautiful design as well. Above all else, the hotel staff was magnificent and available for any needs. Bravo, Riad Joya!

We were attracted to Riad Joya by the good reviews, and the way it has been decorated, in slightly minimalistic but still Moroccan style. Italian owners. Noureddine was really helpful, and his staff all courteous and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous, and food excellent. Very centrally located, if a bit difficult to find. Would recommend.

A gem of a property in the busy souk! Tremendous personal attention. Good breakfast, everyone we encountered was very helpful and kind. Nice amenities in the room but still had the traditional feel of Marrakech.

Noureddine and his team were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them.
A tiny criticism, I wish there had been one area in either the bedroom or bathroom with better lighting to do hair/makeup etc.

Riad Joya was indeed a joy to visit. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, in particular our host Nouredinne who suggested and booked restaurants and tours for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend. This is a small Riad with 7 rooms so the service is very personal.
It's not so much what we didn't like but the small communal seating area just off the courtyard could be made more comfortable and sumptuous.

Loved this place. The personal service was fantastic and made every difference to our stay. Breakfast was delicious - lovely mix of traditional Moroccan food. Felt like we were waited on hand and foot. Tea was brought to us on the terrace, there were recommendations for local restaurants. It's extremely safe and quite - a little oasis. The rooms are gorgeous too, beautiful, clean, tasteful. Loved it.
