Great location. Hot water. Good price. Staff were very friendly. Really authentic looking.
Airport pick-up showed up almost one hour late. Not worth it as It's twice the price of a taxi and they have set pricing from just outside departures. No explaination given, assume they just forgot. Not what you want after a long flight.
Breakfast was so-so, scrambled eggs bad, but pastries, yogurt, bread were good. No other options apart from eggs and pastries.
Loud at night until 1am.
The lot next door is like a landfill, not the fault of the property but its an eyesore for the view on the terrace.

Clean comfortable and excellent staff Location perfect.
On ground level this stay so was a little bit noisy with street noise and reception but not too late into evening but otherwise no problem.

The riad looks beautiful and is very closely located to Jeema El Fna. I was only staying for one night and leaving early in the morning as I was only transiting to the airport, and since it was earlier than breakfast time they gave me some food in a doggy bag before I left. They also helped by lending me a suitcase scale for when I was packing. All in all very available, even though they arranged for transport to the airport but told me they could not book a taxi to pick me up from the train station the day I arrived. Though I did not experience the riad during the day, the courtyard was gorgeous and the roof terrasse seemed lovely
The bathroom was quite small and did not offer a lot of storage, like enough hooks for the towels, shelves for the products or a big enough wardrobe. But the room was not expensive, so it is in line with the pricing.

It is a beautiful riad, located a short walk from the busy square, yet is quiet and peaceful.
Breakfast could be a bit more varied, the bread is lovely, but more protein and fresh fruit would have been appreciated.

Everything was incredible. The riad is beautiful, super good located, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is nice and caring. I really recommend it.
