The room was Ophelia on roof, quite small, appeared larger in photos. Beds were comfortable and cleaning was good. The bathroom was very dark, a small nightlight would be helpful. Coffee in the room would also be very helpful. The breakfast was nice.
The bathroom smelled of sulfur or sewer, which became worse during our stay. I assumed it was because it was an older building. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Also, the hammam was disappointing, but not a reflection on the staff person who provided the massage and service. She did the best she could with the facility, but it was not really a hammam. I lived in Morocco 35 years ago and I am used to bathe public bath system. I understand people expect massages now and a different atmosphere, but I was very disappointed to be cold, I never thought that would happen. But it is understandable because there is no fire or very hot water cistern. It is just a faucet and a metal container. For the price paid, It should’ve been extremely comfortable and warm. The little tile bench was very small and uncomfortable. So it was neither comfortable or warm. The massage was nice, the hammam was unacceptable.

The staff at Riad Itrane are exceptional. Warm, attentive, kind, caring and generous. The Riad is beautiful and inviting. An intimate space that is comfortable and relaxed. Plenty of spaces to unwind.
The breakfast area was filled with honey bees which were concerning given my allergy to them. The entry hall floor should be cleaned which is surprising since the rest of the road is very clean.

The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. The hotel is very nice inside with an atrium and a roof top area where we were able to take afternoon tea. The breakfast was good. It is walkable to the main souq area with lots of restaurants close by.

It was a beautiful Riad, centrally located, yet in a quiet spot so we could go unwind from the bustle of the Medina. What we enjoyed most were the staff, they always made us feel welcome and were always focused on making us comfortable.

Service staff was nice they let us in early and let us leave late.
February is chill in Maroc, so are the Riads, Itrane as well. Air con worked just OK or didn't. Room is rather tiny, poor lights. Breakfast was OK, not to quick, about average. Some construction took place just across our wall like hammering for hours. It has like an enormous terrace, which we couldn't use in early March it's a pity.

The staff were outstanding - they went above and beyond to make sure that our food was gluten free and to our tastes. They had excellent communication regarding booking our excursions and even walked us down to meet our drivers in the square for both airport pick up and excursions. The ambiance and quiet retreat was so important as a contrast to the bustling streets of Marrakech and we felt welcomed whenever we returned during the day.
Moonam in particular, night staff, was a natural to be working in the service industry and no detail was too small for his attention.

Beautiful Riad in an exceptionally well centrally located neighbourhood. Super friensly people who really made us feel at home. Wonderful roof terrace. Good breakfast - very flexible to serve breakfast even at 6h30 on day of departure.

The rooftop is beautiful and very peaceful We also love the family of kittens that live there! The staff was wonderful as well

The staff here is amazing and goes above and beyond. They are extremely communicative beforehand through email and so attentive on property. Everything was clean and well kept. Definitely take them up on their offer to arrange transportation for you, it was seamless and definitely needed. Highly recommend this Riad.

Road Itrane was located right in the Medina giving us a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond. We enjoyed eating breakfast right outside our room. HIGHLY recommend!
