Disappointing
The staff, especially Ahmed, was very very friendly and kind. He was understanding of our problems, but couldn't do anything about it.
We were not very happy with this Riad. We checked google maps on the location of the hotel, and it We booked via booking.com and the room was described as 45m2, with a bedroom, private bathroom, patio, and dining area. We had an 18m2 room and to access the toilet, we had to climb stairs. The toilet had a climb-in shower (a high tub, which you must climb to get into) which has an open window. The room doesn't have much privacy. The blanket was damaged on the corners and the patio was an open living room for anyone to use (see photo). Nothing in the room description matched the actual room. We paid the hotel to have us picked up from the airport. It cost 22 Euros. But a normal taxi costs only 10 euros (an additional rip-off). Breakfast was simple: 3 types of bread, 2 types of jam, coffee, tea and orange juice, boiled egg, and apple & oranges.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, the facilities in the room were excellent. The breakfast was freshly made every morning. The location was within walking distance from all the main tourist attractions in Marrakesh, as well as being close to great places to eat. Our Riad host Farid was very welcoming and gave us amazing recommendations for things to see in Marrakesh. He gave us very useful tips and showed us the best way to navigate the city. He was always there to help us with any requests or needs. Best host we have ever had. Would come back here any time.

The location is wonderful- right near the secret garden. The staff was amazing, so helpful, kind and funny. They made the stay exceptional. The room was clean and the riad beautifully appointed.
There were many lamps in my room, but none worked. It was strange. The bed was also very firm.

The riad was so beautiful, it was really cosy and intimate as theres only a few rooms. The help from staff was amazing and it made us feel really at home!
On top of this the room we booked was incredible and much larger than I expected it to be, with a beautiful bathroom and huge bath. The breakfast that was included was amazing too and different every day. An incredible value for price and if we return to Marrakech we will definitely stay again. Recommend !!!

Our first riad was canceled and am I glad it was. We had a very short stay here and are so sad we couldn't stay for longer. The riad is beautiful and the hospitality superb! Farid came and picked us up from the enterance of the Medina and with a short 4 minute walk we were at the riad. We had to leave early that morning and he was accommodating and had a delicious breakfast prepared for us before we left. Thank you so much Riad ines home for your hospitality and warmth. We hope to visit again one day soon!

Badar and Catoum took a lot of care of us and treated us with a lot of respect and always cared for our wellbeing. They gave us a lot of tips on what to do and when we couldnt find certain things, they went and bought it for us.

Really nice experience! we never stayed before in a Riad! but everything was nice and good! the host of the Riad was a Lady who is really helpful for all the service you need! we booked a massage and the lady organized for us and it was amazing! the breakfast also was really good and a lot of things with the possibility of a have more if you like! all was really good!

Traditional Riad with an extra special edge. Well designed and decorated in really good taste down to the very last detail. When we arrived we were shown around every room .. each one had its own individual character .. Catoum, the hostess and the young lady who assisted her couldnt do enough for us .. so helpful and friendly to the point of escorting us to get taxis . The Riad has a small spar, Catoum arranged for us to have a hammam and massage .. so relaxing and not expensive.
The location is perfect, very central and easy to get around.

The location was good.
The hostess there i think she was called Nadia, was rude and had no friendly face from the Day 1. The Last Day of our stay the hostess told ous we needed to be checked out by 12 o'clock, due to the reason of the rooms need to be cleaned. I stated that our check out time was something else and to that she responded ok ok, what ever. Be carefull about this matter when leaving, it seemed to me she was hurrying ous just because she could have done her Job quicker. Atleast hey were kind enough to hold our baggages after the checkout and didnt throw them outside. About the room: The room didnt have any lock or safety box, we asked for the lock and they kindly gave it to us then. The breakfast was always tee/Coffee and different types of bread. Always felt bloated.No proteins what so ever. I dont think they changed the sheet even once. I dont recpmend this place, wouldnt go there anymore!
