Good
This riad is charming and quite peaceful. i liked the decor and the rooftop patio. staff were kind and went far out of their way to ensure guests are taken care of
i found the location fine, just keep in mind if you have children or any mobility issues, or is a little bit of a walk- especially in summer this might be a little inconvenient
there was nothing wrong, I just found that for my own personal preference, I think there is better value for money to be found. compared to other riads Ive stayed in, the price was relatively high, and the room fairly average. breakfast was a little disappointing, being less varied and with none of the traditional food highlights that one might love to have again while visiting morocco. shower facilities overflowed into the bathroom quite easily.

Wonderful
The staff aren't the absolute best! I had an eye infection when I arrived and I have a gluten allergy (which is a nightmare in Morocco with all their delicious gluten full food!!) and they've went out of their way and beyond to help and accommodate me. They helped us with the transport a lot as well. Hospitality is in the core of Moroccan culture as it is, but Youssef, Karima and Brahim even exceed the already high standards. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. It's very authentic and has an intimate atmosphere. The roof terrace is beautiful.
The location is a little remote. It's still the Medina but maybe a 15 min walk to the parts where most restaurants are located. Which wouldn't be an issue, however with a 4 year old child it was a little more challenging as it was warm and he didn't want to walk. We just used Tuk tuks or taxi's for the the commute which was fine.

Youssef is an amazing host. He took all his time to explain what should be seen in Marrakech and where to eat. He is helpful, kind, and will do all he can to make you feel at home.

Wonderful
The owner (Youssef) and the rest of his family went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They served us a pretty decent breakfast every morning in the upper terrace and offered us great advice for Marrakesh. Also I've read in some comments that some people might find this road a bit difficult to find. Indeed the very first time it's not so obvious. But then Youssef drew us a very simple map that we only used once. It's really not that difficult.

i have never experienced such hospitality and kindness. the owner Youssef guided us in every single experience outside the riad and we totally relied on him even for an amazing experience in the desert. The cleanliness of the riad and the kindness of its owners it's something we will never forget.

The kindness, hospitality and outstanding service of the staff at all times; the riad is very pleasant, nicely decorated with a lovely terrace and patio and located in a very charming part of Medina (off main touristic areas and easy to reach by car).

We loved the hospitality of Youssef and his cousin. We were welcomed with a tea by arrival and supported by every question we had. He organised the airport pick-up the tour to Essaouira and recommend the Hammam. The breakfast was really nice and we enjoyed the terrace on the rooftop. It was near the Market and other attractions. If we ever come back to Marrakech we will definitely stay in Riad Honey again.

it was a difficult place to find but the locals helped us out and once there Youssouf was fantastic, genuinely worried something had happened to us to make us so late. Helped us settle in and even ran out for some food and phone cards. Breakfast was simple and good and an evening meal was provided on request. very nice. Youssouf provided maps, advice and directions to get around.
We were up top floor and my only criticism would be the shower had no curtain so there was a bit of a paddling pool on the floor.

This riad is really, really, good. The location is on the outskirts of the medina which is handy because there's a gate really close. The only downside to this riad is that it seems to be located very, very close to multiple speakers used for the morning prayer, and the amplification effect is intense so make sure to pack earplugs. The riad itself is pure bliss, an oasis away from the busy hustle and bustle. We stayed on a room on the top floor, and the breakfast on the terrace there is just to die for. But the riad's real hidden secret is Yussuf, who is the star of all of this. He is incredibly kind and helpful and will explain everything you need to know about Marrakech to have a great stay. He won't hesitate to help you get a cab, find your way or help negotiate items for you at the Souk. He's the absolute best! We had a great 3-night stay there. Highly recommended.
