Not much.
The room was dark and shabby, the air conditioner dripped all over my backpack while we were out. Bathroom was very small, no room for a toiletry bag. We’re not given WiFi password when we checked in.

Beautiful Riad! Very easy to get around.
It’s a long walk from where the taxi’s are, however, the staff helped bring the luggage when we arrived and left.

Beautiful riad and wonderful staff. Great hospitality - they even packed up a small breakfast for me to take to the airport as I had to leave at 5:30am. Would definitely return.

The staff at the Riad is very courteous and helpful. They helped us in getting booking for local restaurants and spa. And very flexible and accommodated our requests for food. They made our stay so much more enjoyable.

We stayed in two riads in Marrakech and Riad Helen was superior in nearly every aspect. First, hospitality was exceptional, arranging an airport pickup/transfer, welcoming us with tea/treat, taking extensive time to go over a map of the area, explaining everything we needed from our room to the city. Chouaib was a very kind, patient, hospitable host, and even made an extensive, delicious breakfast for us the following morning. The room is spacious for a riad, and the building offers a comfortable rooftop experience. It is tucked away on an alley, but easily walkable to all the souks and main square. It is a great value.

The riad looks exactly like the photos: cozy, beautifully styled, and very well equipped. We especially loved relaxing on the rooftop and enjoying the sunset views after long days of exploring the city. The warm welcome from both the staff and the owner made us feel right at home; they always made sure we had all the information and resources we needed. We also appreciated the private airport transfers, which made our arrival and departure smooth. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Riad Helen and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay.
Although we knew this beforehand, we were in a room on the ground floor where we could hear everything going on in the hallway—but only until around 10:00 pm, so it wasn't a huge problem.

The staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. They helped us with bags, and provided map and directions to local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend this riad.

Overall nice Riad located in the old part of the city - access can be tricky so someone from Riad guided us from meeting point reachable by car.

Beautiful and very stylish- lots of greenery. Delicious breakfast with yoghurt, eggs, pancakes, fruit etc. The manager collected us from the drop off point and led us through the little vine-covered alleyways. It was cool in all senses inside. Would love to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this riad. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. Chouaib was an exceptional host—he thought of every little detail and made sure we were taken care of at all times. His hospitality truly made us feel at home.
Asmaa and Halima cooked the most delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner. The food was so incredible that we ended up staying in for a couple of nights just to enjoy their cooking—it was that good!
The Riad itself is very authentic, clean, and welcoming. It has a cozy, homey vibe that made us feel instantly relaxed. Getting there was super easy too, with a nice clean street lined with greenery and plants that added to the charm.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a warm, genuine experience with amazing food and even better people.

Hosts were very kind and accommodating. I was ill and they made it possible for us to get in our room early. They even got a refund for my husband from a 'porter' who grossly overcharged him for the service of bringing our bags to the Riad - falsely portraying himself as someone working on behalf of the Riad.
