Property has a great location and even better staff. Soulaimane went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, including getting up early to serve breakfast outside of normal hours so we could eat before our excursion! We would recommend this riad to anyone who asked!

Beautiful rooftop. Clean and spacious room. Multi-lingual hosts. Tea served on arrival. Good location in Medina, near to the markets.
Location is central, but entrance is a bit hard to find in some back alleys

The Riad was excellent. The rooms were clean and the location in the Medina was great. Despite being close to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, the facility was quiet and secluded. The Air Conditioning was very cold, and it was nice to have a swimming pool to beat the heat. The staff was very accommodating to our requests and pleasant to interact with. We would stay here again.
One of the nights, the staff had a gathering on the roof, and the noise made it difficult to sleep until 2 am.

the experience was below the expectations, but what make it better was the staff !! they have an amazing Staff !! Hosny And the waiters ( i forgot there name during both shifts ) are exceptional friendly and professional. they recommended us an exceptional restaurants and places to visit.
in of the rooms the AC was not working and they helped us to change it , the hot water was not working in the bathrooms, the pool was so dirty , we asked to clean it they said that the pump is an automatic and it turn on every hour which it was not the situation and they came to clean it manually. the management proposed to us a compensation which we didn't accept it and they offered the drinks we took during our stay for free.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location, very clean and comfortable. Hamdane and massage were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Outdoor pool felt great in the evening heat.

Staff is so friendly, specially Housni is always taking care about you. Food is delicious, breakfast is plenty of options served fresh and tasty.
It is very convenient for a daily visit to the Medina.
Would suggest to have an advice on how to get the hotel and a visible advertisement of the hotel at the door. At night is a bit thought seeing and identifying the right door.
Would love that the hotel takes cards for payment of spa treatments.

We liked the riad very much...the public areas were attractive, the staff were friendly an helpful, and all of our rooms were comfortable. The hammam was great. Breakfast
One big irritation was that the hotel would not take a credit card, and wanted the payment at the hotel in local currency. As I was covering the cost of three rooms for several nights, this required visiting multiple ATMs multiple times. Another irritation was that the (apparently new) waitress for breakfast was very disorganized (forgot to order the eggs one morning, delivered empty coffee carafes several times, forgot other requests repeatedly)...very sweet girl, and I'm sure she'll be fine once she learns what to do, but our first meal of the day was chaotic every time. So was our trip to the airport. Despite booking this well in advance, the driver was half an hour late, so it was fortunate that our flight was also delayed. Pictures of pool are misleading...it is really tiny.

Great location inside the Medina. Nicely renovated riad that had all the beautiful historical elements with modern bathrooms. Delicious breakfast on the rooftop. Spa services outstanding! If driving here, they can advise where to park. Would definitely stay here again.
