Nice owner, helped us with everything and was very kind.
The riad is a traditional place, in the middle.of Medina. No noise from outside.
The room is small, but dark and there are no windows. The bed is hard but comfortable.
The breakfast is made by local food, we liked the rooftop terrace where you can eat it. The cats are very sweet.
The bathroom was small. The door hit the toilett at opening.
The room is not very spacious, not recommended for longer stays.

The host was excellent! Upon arrival, he gave us very helpful advice on where to eat, what to visit, and the basic things to know. He offered to organize an airport transfer to the riad for €20 (about 200 DH). Since we arrived in Marrakech after dark, the riad is quite hidden in the old part of the medina, and it was our first time in Morocco, we accepted the price even though it was quite expensive. For comparison, the city bus to the medina costs only 4 DH per person.
The room was fine but quite basic, with a bed, bedside tables, a table and chairs. There were no glasses in the room, but the host provided them immediately when we asked. Breakfast was good – a standard Moroccan breakfast in riads. Marrakech in January was not very cold, and the air conditioner worked well for heating the room and keeping it comfortable. The bed was very wide, the linen was clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. The pillows were a bit higher than we are used to, but still comfortable enough that we didn’t need to use our own travel pillows. Noise levels in the riad were typical for this type of accommodation, even lower than in some other riads we stayed in.
As mentioned, the riad is a bit far away, “on the other side of the medina,” and it takes about a 15-minute walk to reach the main square. I wouldn’t say it’s a good location for someone who wants to be in the center of the action, but it is a very good location for someone who wants to explore the medina. But its also very hard to get a taxi if you want to get somewhere quickly or to come back to the riad.
The bathroom is small. The shower is right next to the toilet, so everything gets wet after showering. At least a curtain between them would be helpful. I also don’t understand why it is so difficult to install some hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels – I noticed this in several accommodations in Morocco. General cleanliness in the room could be improved. The bed linen was clean, but the floor and some other surfaces were not very clean. The room has no window to the outside, and although there was decent air circulation, the humidity in the room was noticeable.

We had a fantastic time in this hotel. The host was very helpful with recommendations about restaurants and sightseeing. Also he helped with ordering a taxi and printed out our flight tickets. Bed was comfortable and we had a good fresh breakfast too!

We stayed for 4 nights in this Riad and our expiriance was really good. Rooms are clean , smells nice , Riads manager Ali is really nice person , he gave advice about what to do, map of marrakesh ,place if we want to order food .
Hospitality was perfect . Ladys who made breakfast and cleans house was as well really kind and helpfull. Breakfast was so good , delicious .
We will save this place for us when we will visit next time . Recomend this Riad if you want to feel like home.

My wife and I stayed at a clean, friendly riad in a quiet Marrakech neighborhood with air-conditioned rooms and included breakfast; it’s about a 15-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa square. However, the rooms lack soundproofing, so early morning bird noises can be disruptive. Also, eating in the room may attract ants, but the staff promptly cleaned when we reported this. Overall, the stay offered good value for the price.

Ali and his family are amazing people, always available and extremely kind. Ali gave us support for anything we wanted to do. He welcomed us with delicious tea and even if it was a little late, he took his time to explain us everything about the city. We also accidentally left a bag on the taxi from the airport and he was so kind to go get it for us. Rooms are very clean and nice, breakfast is different every day, always rich and satisfying. We also had a delicious dinner one night at the Riad and we recommend that if you want to try real local food. Ali also offers excursion at the Riad, we did a tour to Essaouira and it went really well for a super good price. On the last day, we had our flight in the evening and Ali was so kind to keep our luggage at the Riad, for free, so that we could spend our last day in the Medina without carrying all the bags. About the location, it's very central only 10 minutes from the plaza but still away from all the noise of the centre. I recommend this Riad for a true experience and all the genuine people you will meet inside.
